I signed up for the AC/Heater check-up twice a year. Chris came by for my winter service. I noticed a light in my attic had dislodged and he fixed it for me. This was not something that was on his "to-do" list, but fixed it anyway. Wonderful ethics!!!

I have used this company for four years and they are always very professional in every way.

The tech that came out was on time, very polite and explained everything very thoroughly.

After talking to several different companies, Chris @ Cool Care was by far the most knowledgeable and gave me the most thorough analysis of our problem. We replaced the entire A/C system and all new duct work, and now the system is working like a champ. Highly recommend using Cool Care.

Cool Care replaced a 2 tons heating/cooling system in 5 hours. Staff were professional, got thing done quickly, and cleaned after the installation. I have been using Cool Care in the last 3 years.

I have been using Cool Care for five years. They have replaced two AC units as well as done semi-annual maintenance. Unlike some other HVAC companies, they don’t try to sell you equipment you don’t need. I highly recommend this family-owned business.
