Was traveling and was notified by relatives that AC was not working. It was a Saturday and thought it would be impossible to get serviced; not so, Cool Care took the call, responded to the service need, and were very professional and efficient. Price was very reasonable.

professional, knowledgeable and good pricing

The owner Chris is always willing to go above and beyond to help anytime ive got an issue or even a question. Their pricing is great and will always explain why something is being done a certain way and what that benefit might be.

I have been using Cool Care for five years. They have replaced two AC units as well as done semi-annual maintenance. Unlike some other HVAC companies, they don’t try to sell you equipment you don’t need. I highly recommend this family-owned business.

They were quick to come out and take care of the problem. They were very thorough and explained all options. Professional and friendly and took the time to explain everything. They were great and I will call them again when I need service.
