Upstairs unit quit cooling , called Cool Care and they had a tech at my home is about an hour, fixed my problem in about 15 min. and we are cool again, you can't beat service like that.

Cool Care does regular A/C maintenance for us and have always been thorough and honest with their evaluations. They found a leak in the fan coil unit and replaced it. This required them to rebuild the plenum box and reconnect all the duct work. They did an excellent job. I would definitely recommend them.

Called for an A/C problem that they were able to fix the same day. Excellent service and incredibly friendly. Will took the time to show and explain our system and talk us through the issues, which was greatly appreciated. Very highly recommended!!

Angel was amazing!! He was so kind and knowledgeable. Very polite with great manners!! He told me step by step what he was doing, even showed me before and after pictures. Couldn’t be happier!

Was traveling and was notified by relatives that AC was not working. It was a Saturday and thought it would be impossible to get serviced; not so, Cool Care took the call, responded to the service need, and were very professional and efficient. Price was very reasonable.

Cool Care was on time for the appointment. They always use shoe covers to protect my wife's floors. Their work was very professional and of course the invoice was zero dollars, due to the maintenance agreement I have. Overall, I think that there is no better AC company to do business.

I have used Cool Care for several years to manage the HVAC systems in my rental properties. They do a great job, and work well with my tenants to service and maintain this equipment. I signed up for the AC/Heater check-up twice a year. Chris came by for my winter service. I noticed a light in my attic had dislodged and he fixed it for me. This was not something that was on his "to-do" list, but fixed it anyway. Wonderful ethics!!!
