Cool Care Heating and Air Conditioning

Cool Air owner, office staff, and technicians are very responsive and reliable. They recently installed a new A/C unit when the old one needed replacing. We are very pleased with the installation and performance of the new unit. They most recently performed annual maintenance service on that unit and the other one… Read full review

Colby and his partner did a great job with communication about when they would arrive and did a great thorough job on inspecting and repairing what needed to be done on my heater. Everyone from the person who set my appointment to the technicians are always so professional and kind and helpful!

Honest, small business attention given to the customer.

Will did an excellent job diagnosing the problem, and was available to perform the work the very next day. He was very personable and took great care in repairing our system. I would highly recommend him and the team at Cool Care to anyone.

I have owned homes for 40 years and am in property management. Cool care and their techs are so professional, responsive and honest. Could not ask for a better HVAC company.

Technicians are always professional, hardworking, and knowledgeable. I’ve been a customer for over 5 years, and have always been pleased with the service!

Cool Care has been a great company to work with and truly a win-win partner. They do an excellent job of explaining issues in a simple, easy-to-understand way, provide outstanding follow-up, and communicate directly with tenants when needed. Very professional and prompt with great service from a locally owned company.

So far this company has been very good todeal with

Cool Care has a lot of five star reviews because they're a great company. Maybe if all companies were like this, there'd be less road rage and existential angst. Think about how much better life would be. Also, I'm a long time Spring Branch resident and like that they're in the hood. And, I recommended them to my… Read full review

Always good work and I find the super honest. Really good company. Never pushy on sales like other places.

Upstairs unit quit cooling , called Cool Care and they had a tech at my home is about an hour, fixed my problem in about 15 min. and we are cool again, you can't beat service like that.

I have been with Cool Care for 8 years since they installed my new system. They are ALWAYS on time, very efficient, never too many questions. No reason to ever shop around - be Cool - use COOL CARE. # 1 in Houston

Cool Care does regular A/C maintenance for us and have always been thorough and honest with their evaluations. They found a leak in the fan coil unit and replaced it. This required them to rebuild the plenum box and reconnect all the duct work. They did an excellent job. I would definitely recommend them.

Called for an A/C problem that they were able to fix the same day. Excellent service and incredibly friendly. Will took the time to show and explain our system and talk us through the issues, which was greatly appreciated. Very highly recommended!!

Angel was amazing!! He was so kind and knowledgeable. Very polite with great manners!! He told me step by step what he was doing, even showed me before and after pictures. Couldn’t be happier!

Angel was our tech today and he arrived on time and gave us a heads up call to let us know when he would be to the house. Worked efficiently and provided great customer service. Would recommend Cool Care to anyone looking for A/C and heating services.

All went well as usual!

Wonderful service. Angel did a great job explaining everything

Technicians were friendly and very professional. They explained what repairs were needed and the costs.

Was traveling and was notified by relatives that AC was not working. It was a Saturday and thought it would be impossible to get serviced; not so, Cool Care took the call, responded to the service need, and were very professional and efficient. Price was very reasonable.

Cool Care does great work! I appreciate their quality work and great customer service, including Chad. Thanks

I have used the Cool Care Team for years and completely satisfied with the response time and quality of work !! Chris and his team are honest and quick to complete all the work.

Very professional and great communication.

Cool Care was on time for the appointment. They always use shoe covers to protect my wife's floors. Their work was very professional and of course the invoice was zero dollars, due to the maintenance agreement I have. Overall, I think that there is no better AC company to do business.

I have been using them for 10 years. They are always on-time, and professional.

I have used Cool Care for several years to manage the HVAC systems in my rental properties. They do a great job, and work well with my tenants to service and maintain this equipment. They have a twice a year service program to check on the HVAC in my properties and make sure the equipment is working well. I trust them and my tenants do too.

Marco and his colleague were very professional and walked us through their steps. They came out for an initial diagnostic, and found some easy fix issues that they took care of right away. They also quoted us out for future work if we decided to fix what the previous owner installed. No pressure to purchase… Read full review

Always impressed with the Cool Care team.....from the office staff to the technicians. I'm so glad they were referred to me. Highly recommend using this company.

This is the best a/c company in Houston! They know what they are doing, they have fair prices for new systems, they are responsive for urgent repairs (especially if you are in their maintenance program) and they are honest and trustworthy—which isn’t something you can say for some of their competitors, who are happy… Read full review

Great company and great people! I can not say enough good things about them. Price is very competitive, they were on time or early for every appointment, and fixed everything right the first time. What more could you ask for?

Great service!!

We love this company! Great boss, great employees and a great product. They completely redid our condo at a fraction of the cost of their competition, and they did it all in one day! Really fantastic customer service.

Excellent service from Chris, Bobby and Nichole. They show up on time, evaluate the problem and present available options. Very knowledgeable and professional at all times. I signed up for the AC/Heater check-up twice a year. Chris came by for my winter service. I noticed a light in my attic had dislodged and he fixed it for me. This was not something that was on his "to-do" list, but fixed it anyway. Wonderful ethics!!!

I have used this company for four years and they are always very professional in every way.

Always super communicative and have great prices

The technician seems honest and nice. Listened patiently to my concerns. Didn't try selling me anything that I didn't need.

Well trained technician, well mannered , and explained what they did! We have a 1955 home that needed some TLC. Happy to have this company as my AC go to company!!!

I am so glad I called Cool Care. Michael was awesome! Unlike technicians from other companies whose job is also to sell new systems, Michael focused on getting my old compressor to actually work better (which he did). Other companies would rather not fix your old system just so they can try to sell you new equipment… Read full review

A/C cut out at about 4:00 pm. Cool Care came out at 6:00 pm and fixed my problem. I was so thankful as it was a hot day.

Great Service from the beginning to the end. Claire in the office was friendly and polite, very helpful. Chris and Marco did an excellent job. They added a duct run in my bedroom, kept a clean, neat and tidy workspace. When adding the duct they noticed an issue that I was not aware of and saved my ceiling from being… Read full review

Michael showed up on time and diagnosed my issue, and was great at answering all my questions.

Very friendly, competent staff. They did a great job quickly and at a fair price. I highly recommend Cool Care.

I have been using Cool Care for five years. They have replaced two AC units as well as done semi-annual maintenance. Unlike some other HVAC companies, they don’t try to sell you equipment you don’t need. I highly recommend this family-owned business.

Have used Cool Care H-A/C for near 10 years now. Always responsive, professional, quick-to-solve and cost-conscious. Great job every time so far. Great job each time!

I have two properties and have them on annual maintenance with Cool Care. I just renewed, they're a great HVAC company!

We have used Cool Care for several years now. Excellent service.

I greatly appreciate my air conditioning maintenance relationship with Cool Care, especially this time of year !

Very friendly, professional, and honest. Would recommend!

Chris was very honest during his first visit and have us a no-hype quote. During the installation day, Chris and his team were very professional and did an excellent job both inside the house and in the attic. The job was very professionally done. My a/c suddenly stopped working. I called and within an hour Michael with cool care was at the house to repair my a/c. He was extremely courteous and very knowledgeable. He explained everything in detail. Would definitely use them again!

Tech was very personable and informative. He showed me where to replace the filter whereas a previous tech from another company told me I wouldn't be able to replace it myself.
