Cool Care Heating and Air Conditioning

Chris was our sales advisor and project manager and he also worked on the job as well. We had some balancing and needing to address a whining noise in the system and they did everything possible to address the situation. His team was courteous and professional. I would highly recommend Cool Care. Thank you.

Thanks for keeping my AC and Heat in top form. Appreciate the reminders on maintenance checks due. Keep up the great work.

On time. Pleasant and competent repairman. Will use again and glad to recommend to others.

Great company they install and maintain to very high standards. Service techs are knowledgeable, proficient, and respectful. Office staff very easy and accommodating to deal with.

I recommend this company, their services, and their equipment. They send timely reminders of when each scheduled maintenance is due, provide options for scheduling to fit your busy life, and will even provide any necessary filters if you do not have them on-hand. Their techs are prompt, courteous, and quite… Read full review

Cool Care was on time for the appointment. They always use shoe covers to protect my wife's floors. Their work was very professional and of course the invoice was zero dollars, due to the maintenance agreement I have. Overall, I think that there is no better AC company to do business.

Always impressed with the Cool Care team.....from the office staff to the technicians. I'm so glad they were referred to me. Highly recommend using this company.

As a long time Cool Care client for my primary residency I engaged them for my investment properties AC maintenance program. Super reliable, responsive and professional to the highest standards. I can only recommend Cool Care if you are having an HVAC issue or you want to avoid those issues and enroll into their maintenance program.

Replaced the capacitor, did a heavy purge on drain lines that were clogged, and I purchased a Care Club… Read full review

We love this company! Great boss, great employees and a great product. They completely redid our condo at a fraction of the cost of their competition, and they did it all in one day! Really fantastic customer service.

I signed up for the AC/Heater check-up twice a year. Chris came by for my winter service. I noticed a light in my attic had dislodged and he fixed it for me. This was not something that was on his "to-do" list, but fixed it anyway. Wonderful ethics!!!

Cool Care has excellent customer service. Technicians are friendly and honest and prompt. Highly recommend Cool Care for all air conditioning needs.

The service is great. We had a professional and helpful maintenance guy helping us fixing our AC at the house. I would highly recommend this business to use.

Cool Care called me with a reminder for my fall check-up, which I really appreciated. Michael was friendly, courteous, competent and professional, and wore a mask and shoe covers. Couldn't ask for anything more! Updated July 19, 2021: Cool Care has been incredibly helpful and patient while I worked through what… Read full review
