Chris was our sales advisor and project manager and he also worked on the job as well. We had some balancing and needing to address a whining noise in the system and they did everything possible to address the situation. His team was courteous and professional. Although our issue was user error, Cool Care tried to identify the issue over the phone to save us the service call. Of course the a/c went out on a Saturday night but, even with the weekend surcharge, it was worth it. The tech was right on time and quickly identified the issue. Will definitely use again.

After talking to several different companies, Chris @ Cool Care was by far the most knowledgeable and gave me the most thorough analysis of our problem. We replaced the entire A/C system and all new duct work, and now the system is working like a champ. Highly recommend using Cool Care.

Cool Care replaced a 2 tons heating/cooling system in 5 hours. Staff were professional, got thing done quickly, and cleaned after the installation. I have been using Cool Care in the last 3 years.
