He listened to what I had done to contain the Condensation (water) from flooding my carpet from the Condensate pan. Found unit not leveled and drain line pipe to Condensate pump on the Bottom of the unit. Cut about an 1” off pipe, cleaned Reservoir and added Condensate tabs. Removed my catch pan, paper towel and dried area with old towels,

Technician Jordan was very Respectful and Knowledgeable. He came in and did an excellent inspection of the AC Unit and all of its components. Great customer service! He was very knowledgeable and made sure we were informed about any issues involving our system. This was a yearly maintenance call but for a very old system so we knew there might be issues but he was good about letting us know cost up front so we could make an informed decision.

Koyt showed up today. He called ahead to give me noticed and showed up when he said he would. He was super friendly and a great representative of the company. He explained to me my situation with images and great detail. Answered 500 questions with a smile on his face and I believe went above and beyond to provide an excellent experience.

Josh serviced our home today. He did a wonderful job fixing our A/C unit. He thoroughly explained what the problem was and how we can avoid it happening again. The A/C was up and running perfectly before they left. We will continue contracting them for our future maintenance and repairs! 100% recommend them!
