Qw had Copeland Home Services at our house again and as usual they did a GREAT JOB. Since we started using them we have had no complaints. They have done an exceptional job each and everytime.

Both Josh and Jakob were both amazing and worked quickly on getting our AC back up and running. They not only came same day, but on Saturday and got parts ordered to put in Monday. These guys are legit. Booked an appointment online in under a minute. They sent a text with a pic of the tech, who arrived on time the next morning and got my heater up and running. And this all happened during a days-long deep freeze, when I imagine they were probably at their busiest. Can't recommend them highly enough.

Our ac unit was freezing, we called Copeland and they sent Koyt Rowan, he was super professional, kind and thorough. Our ac is 18 years old with an internal leak, he gave us several options and explained them all very well, and was very patient with our questions. Couldn't recommend Copeland enough. Jakob came out for my heat not working and he looked at it was upfront with what was wrong and recommended different options to fit what I could work with on pricing.

The entire staff was professional and knowledgeable. They cleaned the ducts thoroughly and left no debris to be cleaned from surfaces or floors. Luke was great, but just readjusted a wire and charged us $348.00. We just paid two days ago $648.00 and wouldn't take a partial payment or bill us this time. He said he could put the wire back if we didn't pay and be without air conditioning. We want be using them anymore.
