I highly recommend this company. Everything was great, from the updates on the arrival time to the diagnosis of the problem. I called them for a second opinion because the first company was trying to nickle and dime me. I should have called Copeland first.

Qw had Copeland Home Services at our house again and as usual they did a GREAT JOB. Since we started using them we have had no complaints. They have done an exceptional job each and everytime.

He was knowledgeable, fast, and courteous. He didn’t try to pressure me into things I don’t really need.

Great service, knowledgeable and comparatively priced.

Both Josh and Jakob were both amazing and worked quickly on getting our AC back up and running. They not only came same day, but on Saturday and got parts ordered to put in Monday. Very friendly and knowledgeable. We enjoyed them so much, we purchased a membership and trust them to continually come back to service our home!

These guys are legit. Booked an appointment online in under a minute. They sent a text with a pic of the tech, who arrived on time the next morning and got my heater up and running. And this all happened during a days-long deep freeze, when I imagine they were probably at their busiest. Can't recommend them highly enough.

Our ac unit was freezing, we called Copeland and they sent Koyt Rowan, he was super professional, kind and thorough. Our ac is 18 years old with an internal leak, he gave us several options and explained them all very well, and was very patient with our questions. Then scheduled the replacement early the very next day. Definitely 5 stars.

Couldn't recommend Copeland enough. Jakob came out for my heat not working and he looked at it was upfront with what was wrong and recommended different options to fit what I could work with on pricing.
