The technician Rafael, explained everything very well. I felt he was honest and knowledgeable in his feedback.

Roman did a awesome job update breaker box, added complete home surge protection equipment. Replaced all smoke detectors and plugs out on patio. Happy we are well protected now very happy with his work.

This company is the biggest scam out there had them come out 6-13-26 told me my 6 year old unit was low on Freon and I had a leak needed to replace for $20,000 or add Freon for $2000.00 called another company out today no leak no Freon needed fixed it for $850.00 and cooling fine now how many people have they scammed Kory was my technician

Cesar is amazing- he treats every diagnostic as a brain teaser to be solved. He takes the time to explain what he’s discovered, patiently and in plain English. In peak cooling season,he prioritized our relationship from a prior company to provide a diagnostic first thing the next day. Great customer service and a joy to work with.

The AC in my house quit cooling 5 days ago and temps inside rose to 82 degrees. Koyt Rowan from Copeland Home Services came to my home and quickly identified the problem as a faulty part. He had a replacement on hand and attended to our malady in less than one hour. I would give 6 stars if I could.
