The service and care was great. Josh was here for 8 hours! He wouldn’t leave until the air conditioning was fixed for us even as he dealt with 90+ degree temperatures in our attic. We’ll be calling Copeland as often as needed!

Very pleased with the service I received. Troy Setzer was very knowledgeable and was able to complete the repair and get our AC going again. They came out on a Sunday and had the new part and repair complete by Monday mid-day. I would recommend Troy and the team at Copeland to anyone!

He listened to what I had done to contain the Condensation (water) from flooding my carpet from the Condensate pan. Found unit not leveled and drain line pipe to Condensate pump on the Bottom of the unit. Cut about an 1” off pipe, cleaned Reservoir and added Condensate tabs. Removed my catch pan, paper towel and dried area with old towels,

The company overcharges , the technician that came broke a discharge pipe from the a/c unit and I’ve been having problems because now the water from the unit is accumulating on my flower bed , when I asked the technician if he was going to reattach the pipe he said you don’t need that , I don’t recommend this company at all.

Jimmy N was HONEST, helpful and very informative. He has revived my faith in AC contractors. Copeland has been exceptional since we moved to Texas (although we hope we don’t need them too often!). Cole came out today for our AC that died and did everything in his power to make sure it wasn’t fixable by a part vs a whole new unit. Rare to find such honesty on a technician these days- highly recommended

My old A/C unit stopped cooling completely and Cesar G. came out and was able to troubleshoot and fix the issue in only a couple of hours!

On a 95° Saturday afternoon in Texas my air conditioning was not working. Copeland sent Jacob out to fix the problem. He was out within a few hours. Had the problem fixed in about 15 minutes. The fee seemed very reasonable. His service was great.

HVAC technician Javon Morgan is a great guy! He is polite, courteous, professional, AND HONEST. He explained everything that was going on with my AC. He talked with his manager when he was here and the manager talked with me. He was also kind and helpful.

We had a great experience with Jordan. He was very informative and kind while serving our ac unit.
