Needed whole system replace. No charge to come out and look. Gave options and explained them well. Dom came out and installed the system. Put down tarps, and cleaned up after. Dom was very respectful and knowledgeable on the product and service. Will be the only place I call going forward.

Be very careful using this company especially if you're using a home warranty. They will abandon the job in the middle . When we finally got in contact with them they told us they were no longer doing work for the warranty company. This was after two and a half weeks. BEWARE!!! Response If you make bad Business…

After a night spent without heat in below zero wind chill temperatures, Copeland answered our call and went the extra mile in procuring a part and had our heat back up by 5pm.
