Great customer service and did an outstanding job keeping us informed during the process. Robert was outstanding. He was very professional.

Chris and his assistant arrived on time and took approximately six hours to complete the installation. Chris explained the job in detail and made sure everything was clear. The work area was kept clean, and the installation was completed professionally.

Excellent and professional service from everyone on the team. They will make sure everything is running correctly and walk you through how the new equipment works and the maintenance process. I had both internal/external units installed & switched out the Breaker Box and new Thermostat. I would highly recommend them to anyone who may need HVAC service.

Thanks to Copeland home air and heating for installing our new Ac today, they really did an awesome job and were very courteous and explained everything well. This is the second time I have used Copeland, first time we had our duct work replaced.

Without AC for almost three weeks! Had several other companies come out finally had Copeland come out on a Saturday because just couldn't take the Texas heat anymore. Great price and they came the next day (Sunday) and installed new AC and furnace. Installers great and cleaned everything up! Thank you Copeland Air!

Not happy with the furnace I got. Bathroom stays very cold in master bedroom. Never did before.

This company is very efficient. The crew worked until everything was running smoothly. We want to encourage you to give this company a try. You will be pleased. They call,text,and email so you know when they are going to arrive for repair.

My wife and I love the vibe from this company the first time they came out to look at our broken units. We didn’t want nobody else to work on our home but Brandon and his team. The process was very smooth and quick. Installation day, the team was very professional and respectful. Highly recommend!

We had our AC unit replaced through home warranty and consult/installation was very timely and well done. Our thermostat then gave us an issue with heating; Brandon was thorough and got the problem fixed as quick as he could. You can't go wrong with Copeland's!
