Brent was awesome. He checked out the breaker took photos and explained to us what needed to be done in order for us to not have issues in the future with our unit. He helped get it rolled into our loan and is working with the electric company to get everything done on a day that I will be able to be here. Awesome team. Great people to work with.

We had a new system installed Saturday morning, after the old system went south Friday evening. Quick response, system in place and running in less than 24 hrs. Highly recommend,contacted Brandon Sunday evening. Eric showed up Monday and found my problem. Unfortunately I needed new units. His installer Alex showed up Tuesday morning with his crew members and work nonstop until they had both sets of units installed and working properly Thanks Caleb for your work

I called and they were out that afternoon and the next day all the service was done. Had to replace both ac and heat. Will continue to use them.

Josh and Oscar removed my old condenser and a-coils and they are artists in the HVAC industry. They treated my mobile home like it was the Taj Mahal. Very clean and picked up all trash. Highly recommend

Brandon lied to the home warranty and said all I needed was a $200 repair and told me a different story - my unit was in need of a full replacement AC and Furnace and he would turn in the approval/paperwork for reimbursement to the home warranty. Chris and Louis are amazing! They took a 30 year old system out and replaced it with brand new AC/Heating units. They did a total professional job and left my house cleaner than it was before they started. Thank you to both of you and Coplands!
