John & his crew are building us a new home. I told them what I wanted & they designed it for me, gave me options for things I was able to choose & have coordinated all the specialty trades. Will update when done 😁

John came quickly and completed everything as needed could not ask for anyone better
Where to start……What an amazing experience I’ve had with John and his crew! A fire/soot destroyed the interior of my house and made it uninhabitable. I was at a loss searching for a contractor when Cornerstone came up- I called right away and John met me the same day. He answered every question that was asked without hesitation which was impressive! After signing the contract work to restore my house began immediately. The communication with John during the whole process was great- I always knew what was going on which was a huge relief. His knowledge resulted in improvements to my house that I had never thought of and in the end I now have not just a house- but a HOME. Everything is perfect and I couldn’t be happier! If you’re looking for the best contractor around you can stop your search! Hiring John was the best decision I could’ve made for the restoration of my home. Definite 100+ Star review! Ask John for more photos- there was so much that had to be done and he documented it all 😊
Found John's company after hours of Facebook searches and countless calls to other companies, he was one of the two to get back to me and was able to give us exactly what we needed, including making our addition out of logs to match our log home. He also included Ductless splits for our whole home that had no HVAC at all in our home. He did all this while beating others prices that didn't include anything that we would like. If we could give 10 stars we would excellent group of guys that work for him, and my child loves the extra space! At one point during the addition they had it mostly built besides fully dried in and we got hit by heavy rainfall and I contacted him about water coming into main section of our home, he dropped whatever he was doing and picked up what was needed to make sure we were completely sealed in before in the middle of a rain. Great company and great workers and I couldn't recommend anyone else. Thanks again.
John and his company did a fantastic job on a complete bathroom remodel on my home in WV. To say the bathroom was outdated with inferior work would be an understatement. They went all the way. Replacing deteriorated seals to raise wall, joist replacement, mold removal, layout design, and project management to replace all plumbing. I would highly recommend home and will be back as we continue looking to renovate this house that was built in the laye 1800's. Thank you John!

We honestly can’t say enough good things about John and his incredible team. From the very first meeting, it was clear we were in the hands of someone who not only knows his craft inside and out but truly cares about his clients as well. John is the kind of contractor you hope to find but rarely do. Personable, reliable, honest, and deeply dedicated. He made us feel like our home was just as important to him as it was to us. Every step of the way, he was helpful, transparent, and incredibly responsive. He personally answered every call or returned it quickly, no matter how busy he was. That level of communication alone made the whole process so much smoother and less stressful. His team reflects his values - friendly, respectful, hardworking, and dependable. They showed up on time, worked with focus and care, and always left the job site spotless at the end of the day. The quality of the work is absolutely beautiful. John and his team regularly checked in with us to be sure things were being completed in a way that matched our vision, which was truly appreciated. We had several custom elements built into our renovation, and John’s experience and craftsmanship shined through in every detail. No shortcuts, no cut corners, just solid, thoughtful work done right. What really stood out was how John went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. He didn’t just aim for “good enough”, he worked until we were completely satisfied. If any mistakes or miscommunications occurred (which were rare) he would personally see to it that the mistakes were corrected and always took responsibility for it, rather than placing that on the homeowner. John never overcharges like many contractors do. He makes sure the prices reflect the work within reason, always remaining considerate of his clients. In fact, he kept careful track of every receipt and was completely transparent about where every dollar was going. It's rare to find someone so trustworthy and accountable, especially in this business. Beyond the job itself, John is genuinely giving and charitable, making time to give back to others in the community and make a difference. A quality we found admirable. He has a heart for people, and it shows. He always made us feel like his top priority throughout our year-long, whole-home renovation. If you’re looking for a contractor who’s not only skilled, but truly cares, look no further. We feel so lucky to have found John and his team, and we wouldn’t hesitate for a second to work with them again. Cornerstone Construction & Restoration, LLC transformed an outdated house into a beautiful home. We truly enjoyed our time spent with the whole crew over the last year and highly recommend them for your next home project.
My husband and I worked with John & his crew to remodel our master bathroom. We had never had anything remodeled before or worked with a contractor, but John made the whole process super smooth and easy. He helped us every step of the way with picking out a shower, flooring, etc. He was also very communicative with what step of the process we were at from demo to completion and when materials were arriving. John and his crew were always super nice to my husband and I, and very accommodating to our cats while construction was ongoing. We love our newly remodeled bathroom and we recommend Cornerstone Construction to anyone looking for a contractor in the area!
