Working with Cosmopolitan Interior Design - Decorating Den Interiors was honestly a really enjoyable experience. I had ideas for how I wanted my space to feel but struggled to put everything together, and they helped turn those ideas into something that actually looked polished and cohesive. They listened carefully to what I liked instead of pushing trends that didn’t match my style. I also appreciated how patient and detail-oriented they were throughout the process, especially when choosing colors, furniture, and layout options. The final space feels comfortable, stylish, and much more “put together” than before, and I’ve already had friends compliment the transformation.

Three things I asked for in my design request: texture, color, depth. When walking into my home completed, you will witness exactly that. First and foremost, Berenice is more than receptive to any ideas, changes, or feedback that you, as a customer, may have at any point in the process. We went through a number of changes and modifications before settling on the end product, and all the while, she handled my input with grace. She was also very receptive to utilizing products that I had chosen, like wallpaper and fixtures of which I had very specific ideas and was grateful for her flexibility. It was difficult to change the style of our home from what it was into what I wanted, and she pulled it off. As our CONTRACTOR (and I capitalized because she is a DESIGNER by trade), she did a good job communicating with our crews, but I was always home/around during the project which was vital to keeping things moving. That being said, things to take note on: She is NOT a traditional contractor, so when I say it's vital to be around, she was not at the job site regularly to make sure crews were showing up, knew exactly what they were supposed to be doing, nor checking on their work. You should absolutely plan to be the one that does those things and then communicates back to her. That means...SPEAK UP if needed because she WILL hear you and does push the crew(s) when needed. The one week we were away, NOTHING got done, so when we returned, I spoke up and pushed her to push the crew to make sure things got back on schedule. Overall, Berenice did a great job turning the monotone, monochromatic decor/style of our Scandinavian modern home into an eclectic, yet warm space of color without being over-stated. We did have a couple of decent hiccups along the way, but she remedied them to the best of her ability quickly. I appreciate her talent as a designer and would definitely consider using her in the future remodels we hope to accomplish.

I’ve had the pleasure of collaborating with Berenice Sánchez since 2022, and working with her has been nothing short of exceptional. Berenice brings a rare combination of creative vision, professionalism, and flawless execution to every project. Our collaborations have included high-profile residential and commercial spaces, such as custom mural work for the home of NFL player Malcolm Brown, the design and build-out of the Paper Dog Filmmaker Studio in Round Rock, Texas, and numerous other residential and commercial projects. In every case, Berenice demonstrated an outstanding ability to translate client goals into beautiful, functional, and elevated environments. She has a natural talent for seeing the big picture while also mastering the smallest details — ensuring that every design element works cohesively. Her communication is clear, her project management is seamless, and her commitment to quality is unwavering. Berenice consistently pushes creative boundaries while keeping projects on time and within scope. Working alongside Berenice is effortless, inspiring, and highly productive. I wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone seeking a designer who delivers not just stunning spaces, but a truly collaborative and professional experience.

Berenice’s presentation was amazing. I was truly impressed. She made similarities of dogs to room decorations. She demonstrated a remarkable eye for design and a thoughtful approach to creating spaces that are both beautiful and functional. The concepts were presented in a clear, engaging way, with practical tips and inspiring examples that made it easy to visualize how these ideas could be applied. The use of color palettes, layouts, and similarities to dogs showed a deep understanding of style and balance. Overall the presentation was professional, very creative, and inspiring- an excellent showcase of talent and expertise.

Loved Berenice’s presentation! The ideas were creative, practical, and beautifully explained…. Her “dogs and design” presentation was so creative and engaging, especially for those who have pets. You can really see her passion for design and how much thought goes into every detail. Super inspiring! It makes me want to get a dog and get inspired for my next remodeling and design project at home.
