There are not enough words to describe how outstanding the ladies are here. Jana has been cutting my hair for sometime now. She is very understanding and always nows what is the best for my hair. The other staff are very friendly also. I never feel like I am unwanted at the store. They are wonderful.
I'm very happy with haircut from Ash!!! She listened to what I said that I wanted and exactly as I asked. An she also recommended that I come back every 6 to 8 weeks to keep looking healthy. I'll be reschedule with Ash again!!!
She did an amazing job from start to finish! She worked hard for 3+ hours to achieve the most beautiful color and cut i requested!!! I had not had anything done to my hair in over a year so she had her work cut out for her!

I am so thankful, that Jana is back she was our choice. My husband and I both were going to her. We couldn’t understand why she was gone. She has the best talent I have ever had in cutting our hair. So glad she’s back
Friendly stylist, quick haircut
Employees were great and did very well. Quick, polite, and professional. Only negative would be the price is a little high. $45 for two cuts, highest I've seen in the area for basic cuts.
Jenny was awesome! She was very kind and gave me options on music. She was very fun to talk to and kept me laughing throughout the service. I got a simple bob and eyebrow wax but she made it a fun and refreshing experience!

"CostCutters" is not a suitable name. $23 for haircut in a college town?? Made an appointment and still waited 15 minutes over before leaving due to not having anywhere to sit and listening to loud annoying kids. Do not recommend to anyone trying to get a convenient haircut experience.

My mother in law and I both got perms today and trims, Allie and soni they both did fantastic on our hair. I never had a perm and ill be doing it more often now ♡thanks ladies
Jenny did a great job on my hair and offered great advice on products to make my hair do exactly what I've been wanting. She was very kind and showed great knowledge. She didn't push any products but provided great personal experience information. Will definitely be going back to her.

This is for my 81 yr old mom. Haircut very choppy and uneven. She didn't even want to get out at the store afterwards. I also got a cut, about 2-3 inches and I wanted lots of layers. No layers that I can find. We had been going to Great Clips but after several bad haircuts decided to try Cost Cutters. Won't go back to either!
I wanted something different and showed my stylist a picture of a faux hawk I liked, she did great!

Was met by a smiling face an a very polite lady who even though I didn’t have an appointment happily took me to get my haircut!!! I was in a hurry which she didn’t know so I was happy they took me right in!!!

Adriauna does very well with children's hair cuts. I had took my one year old to her and she was very patient and kind. I even go in for myself not ever disappointed with the outcome!

Great atmosphere! Everyone is always so nice and my cut and color is ALWAYS on point when it’s finished! I also took my daughter here for her first hair cut and they were amazing with her!
