When it is time to get our house cleaned, I always request to have Nanette do the job because I know it will be done correctly. Nanette had cleaned our house for many years, and she goes above and beyond the call of duty to get everything clean.
My family and I have used CottageCare for over 10 years, and Whitney reminded us exactly why we stick with them. She did such a detailed, exceptional job on our house and was so sweet to have around. Highly recommend Whitney and CottageCare to anyone who wants their home truly spotless!

Cottage Care does great work! They clean for a family member of mine and keep the home looking tidy. They are easy to work with for scheduling.
I am appreciative for the consistency of having the same person clean each time. Tannah is very personable, reliable, on time, efficient, thorough, and professional. My home looks awesome after Tannah has worked her magic. If I have special requests she is always willing to go the extra mile and does so with a…
No concerns. What we wanted was a house that had been cleaned and picked up, which it was. Communication was very good. A lot of double-checking, which was appreciated. Due to a catastrophic car accident, we had been OOT for nearly 4 weeks. So, the mission of having Cottage Care prep for a clean in-house return was…
Absolutely love CottageCare! Found it based on prior reviews and gave it a shot and I am so happy I did. They have made my life so much easier and are always professional! Cottage Care and Tannah are the best! They do a great job and are patient with our unique circumstances. I absolutely recommend them!
LOVE Cottage Care. Even thought they only come once a month for me. It’s so helpful to keep the chores from overwhelming the rest of my free time. Special shout out to Destiny who just left and every thing is sparking! Update: still with Cottage Care and I look forward to the days I know I’m going home to a fresh clean space!
We love Cottage Care! They always do an excellent job, are wonderful to work with, and reliable!
I have used Cottage Care a couple times for my place and my parents place on occasion when I need them. They can always work with my schedule and they do a great job. I highly recommend them for any of your cleaning needs big or small.
A cleaner comes every two weeks, and we have been very pleased with the service. Nanette is our regular cleaner, and she always does a great job. This time Sarah was here, and we were delighted with her work, as well! Both women have done a careful, efficient job and are so nice to have in our home. We are happy to recommend this service.
We have Beth clean our house every 2 weeks. She is efficient, thorough and is very easy to work with. We also have pets that don’t seem to phase her which is an added bonus.
Beth is our house cleaner and she is wonderful! Very fast but also still gets everything clean and shinny!! 🥳🥳
My regular cleaner Sarah takes good care of me. She comes every other week and does a great job cleaning my house. I truly appreciate this service.
We’ve been using Cottage Care for over a year and never been disappointed. The workers have always been on time and do a thorough job throughout the house. I was so glad I chose CottageCare! Muriel's attention to detail was excellent. My glass sliding door on my bathtub was so clear and spotless. I wish I could make it look that good myself, but I don't have the patience. I really appreciated having the help before a party I hosted, but didn't have the energy or time…
The cleaners are always polite, well kept, etc. The quality of cleans used to vary quite a bit but since Sara became our regular cleaner, that's been what was needed.
Every time Cottage Care comes to clean I’m always so happy with the outcome. The cleaners are friendly, professional, and do an amazing job!
We have used Cottage Care (Des Moines, IA) for more than 10 years for the 2 homes we have owned in that time frame. We've had several cleaners and all have been well trained. In general, the cleaners are prompt, energetic, thorough, speedy but not careless, and friendly. Kaci and Jill (in the office) are flexible,…
I'd recommend CottageCare to anyone. Karen is my usual cleaning professional, but everyone I've met has been wonderful. I also love that you can text them. Millennial-approved!

I have been using cottage care for close to 4 years. They are great from start to finish. Every time they clean the house is spotless. I reached out to the cottage care team to clean my home after welcoming our second child and having a wild toddler. They made the process easy and stress free. The cleaners did an amazing job and were incredibly personable. A big thank you to Sarah C, Sarah W, and Aspin for their help and hard work!
Sarah C did a great job. I work from home and she cleaned my whole house quietly and quickly. I’ve used cottage care for awhile now and am very happy with the services they provide.

I've used Cottage Care for a few months now. Mariel does a great job. She is thorough, efficient and always leaves my house sparkling clean. I would definitely recommend Cottage Care and Mariel.
Staff is easy to work with. The same person comes each week so you get to know the person cleaning. Staff is amenable to suggestions for improvement.
Sarah is like the Snow White of the cleaning world! She always shows up on time with a smile and an encouraging word and when she leaves my whole house sparkles and shines. She is fast but exceedingly thorough and leaves every room well ordered with lots of little grace notes and deft touches. I simply could not be happier…and my dogs like her too!
