Randy came and sprayed yesterday. I was given a two hour window as to when he would be at our house; however, per Randy’s usual habit, he let me know when he was about 20 minutes out. I've used Crandell Pest Control several times for a wide variety of issues: ants, outdoor pests, and even skunks under the house. Today, Johnathan came to start my new annual treatment. He is a class A gentleman. Very kind. Very helpful. Did a great job. But then - all the people I've had out from Crandell have done a great job!
For the start up visit for what I paid I was expecting a more indept spraying than what I received... He sprayed very lightly inside the perimeter of the house and inside the crawl space underneath the house. Maybe that is how you teach the technicians how to spray the areas in a home but I thought it was not as…

As someone who absolutely hates anything with more than four legs, Crandell makes it very easy for me to not think about the existence of arthropods. Their techs (mine is Mike!) always seem to be very respectful and helpful with tips and tricks. (Haven't seen a single weed since their treatment either!) Easy value for the money. A good bunch of people.

(Has happened with other companies) He did a thorough job and had to work around enough boxes to fill a 4 bedroom house. I'm in a3 bedroom now. Lol He even got rid of a wasps nest for me. The technician (Johnathan) who performed my service texted me before his arrival as I had requested. He did the job quickly and I was able to keep my pets safe while he performed the service. Working with Crandell is always a great customer service experience.
