I've used Crandell Pest Control several times for a wide variety of issues: ants, outdoor pests, and even skunks under the house. Today, Johnathan came to start my new annual treatment. He is a class A gentleman. Very kind. Very helpful. Did a great job. But then - all the people I've had out from Crandell have done a great job!

(Has happened with other companies) He did a thorough job and had to work around enough boxes to fill a 4 bedroom house. I'm in a3 bedroom now. Lol He even got rid of a wasps nest for me. This was my first appointment with Crandell Pest Control. Alex was wonderful! He listened to all my bug phobias 😂 and put me at ease. He destroyed all the spider webs that snuck up on me every time I went outside. I look forward to continuing service and building a long term relationship with this company. Thanks Alex!
The technician (Johnathan) who performed my service texted me before his arrival as I had requested. He did the job quickly and I was able to keep my pets safe while he performed the service. Working with Crandell is always a great customer service experience.
