Anthony was very thorough and he explained everything so well with photos of what was happening in our house. He was prompt in removing animal from trap set. He made us comfortable in a very uncomfortable situation. We had a great experience.

Excellent customer service. The technician, CJ, was/is very knowledgeable and took the time to figure out how to prevent the animal from getting into my garage ( it had been burrowing through my drywall from the outside). Highly recommend!

Everyone I spoke with was friendly and helpful. Both of the gentlemen who came out to the house explained what they were doing and answered any questions I had. I appreciate that they used a live trap.
