Good experience- the cleaners were very thorough and helped me get my security deposit back.
We needed a one time cleaning for our Berkeley student moving into a room/bathroom that hadn’t been cleaned in years! Crib Buddy Maids did an amazing job. And they were so easy to communicate and schedule with. Highly recommend them!!!!
Always a great experience with Crib Buddies. I used them for routine cleaning and for a move out. They were timely and very thorough. Great service!
Great service.
They did an amazing job, I was very pleased!! My issue was they were late but I wasn’t aware they have a window of one hour and the ladies made up for being late, they killed it!! I’ve referred you all to my co-worker and I’m thinking of using your service once a month at my new location. Wonderful job!!!!!!
They did a fabulous job on moving in cleaning. Mira is extremely helpful and provided great customer service.
I've had occasion to utilize the service provided twice now and both times have been extremely impressed. Very thorough and detailed work. Added bonus is the use of Green cleaning products!
Everyone was great to work with. Mira was wonderful getting me set up for service and Jasmine and Maricruz were delightful and made my house beautiful. It was a real mess and they did a great job restoring it back to a great apartment for the next lucky renter. Thanks so much to you all.
The cleaners were very responsive and wiped everything down well - unfortunately, they didn't bring the implements to scrub anything down. This clean was good for a normal clean, but I found it to be lacking for a deep clean. The cleaners did great with the tools they had, but I wouldn't recommend the deep clean…
I requested the services that their company offers since I needed professional cleaning done upon moving out of my house. I was stressed about making sure the house was clean with my departure, and I could not have fathomed doing it myself being 9 months pregnant, but they exceeded my expectations and made it very…
The ladies did a great job cleaning the apartment they were very nice and helpful.
Elisa did a fantastic job cleaning my apartment! It was super convenient to leave the keys before work and come back to an immaculate home :)
I hired Crib Buddies to clean a one bedroom apartment after a tenant move-out. The kitchen and bathrooms looked much better after the cleaning, especially the gas range and the bathtub. I recommend their service, as the price and quality are both top notch.
Crib Buddy Maids is amazing!!! They provided top notch customer service from beginning to end. Great communication, no robo answering services, and timely responses. Crib Buddy Maids team arrived on time and did excellent work. Very meticulous, detailed and efficient with the cleaning. I would definitely…
I requested a moving-related cleaning on short notice they did not disappoint. I was impressed and very satisfied with the quality of the work, as well as the cleaners’ efficiency. The only thing is that they missed a few surfaces in the kitchen, which I had to clean later, but overall it does not detract from my…
Hired for a move out clean. Arrived within specified timeframe. Very sweet, pleasant people. Building manager reported unit was "spotless" after they left. No complaints. Recommend. Would use again if I was staying in area.
Used this service to turn over multiple units in my apartment complex. They promised 2 hours with 2 cleaners per unit. Over half of the units they cleaned we had to reimburse the new tenants because the units were so badly cleaned. These units are 600-700 sq. feet and not sure over the course of two hours would…
They informed me of additional time needed for approval.
I was very pleased with the service. Their emplopyee was on time and did a wonderful job!
So easy and quick to schedule and had availability on very short notice. The cleaning was for an apartment move-in and the cleaners were incredibly thorough with the deep clean and even stayed an hour longer than was allocated at no charge to make sure they got everything done. They also brought all of their own…
