"Lord knows I wasn't gonna get up on the roof" Said a wise man once. These guys professionally got rid of our Vermin problem and patched up our house. A racoon to be exact. No animal were harmed. They lure them out and make sure they cannot return. Very humane way to deal with racoons...if you're into racoons. I'm just happy he moved on.
Initially we had an issue with a previous employee not fully addressing remediation of our issue and not communicating to resolve this problem. I had a raccoon in the attic having babies. They secured all exterior openings. Unfortunately mom couldn’t get the last baby out. It was too distressed and died. But I contacted Critter Removal and they were out the next morning and removed it.
They were very responsive and able to come out quickly after we were surprised by a bat in our house. They did a thorough inspection and sealed things up to ensure we had no further issues and so far so good.

Dylan was a big help. We called Critter Removal after hearing squirrels up in our ceiling. Critter Removal was responsive and continuously monitored the traps set in place even over a couple of very frigid weeks! And did a good job explaining where the critter's might have gotten in and what to listen for.
I had an attic full of squirrels and wanted to avoid killing them if at all possible. A raccoon took up residence in our attic this spring. It was more than a little disconcerting to hear it pacing over my bedroom ceiling at night. Critter Removal Indianapolis came to the rescue, persuading Mr. Raccoon to move elsewhere, and patching holes to make sure he didn't return. I hope we don't have more of this, but if we do I'll call them again.

They were persistent and worked hard to find a solution for our squirrel and bird problem until it was resolved. We have no hesitation in recommending them!
Critter Removal accomplished what they said they would do. Raccoons no longer reside under our deck or hang out in the vicinity. This eliminated a noisy and unhealthy nuisance without harm to the wildlife. Took more time and trips than we thought necessary but they did resolve all issues.
Quick response, super nice and professional and got the job done! Hire them.
