Jarod from Critter Removal came out and found the issue (hole from crawl space to outside) where some sort of animal has entered...and left! He was thorough, straightforward and took care of everything with ease. Definitely helped me feel better about the situation and it being resolved.
Went above and beyond to identify and solve the problems
"Lord knows I wasn't gonna get up on the roof" Said a wise man once. These guys professionally got rid of our Vermin problem and patched up our house. A racoon to be exact. No animal were harmed. They lure them out and make sure they cannot return. Very humane way to deal with racoons...if you're into racoons. I'm just happy he moved on.
Something had gotten into our lower level ceiling and caused some problems with our can lights. Critter control responded quickly to my request to investigate, followed through with a plan and successfully completed said plan. No more sign of varmints. Service rep was great to work with.
The technician Michael, came on time, and made a good inspection. He thoroughly explained the situation and how it would be handled. The estimate was clear and concise and price was perfect! Michael came back and did a phenomenal job with the cleanup and sanitation. I couldn't be more pleased! I would recommend them to anyone anytime!

Great team! Very flexible and easy to work with. We had a nest and bird living in an exhaust vent. They were able to come out, assess the situation and take care of the problem in a week time frame! I would definitely recommend them to our friends and family.

They were very responsive and able to come out quickly after we were surprised by a bat in our house. They did a thorough inspection and sealed things up to ensure we had no further issues and so far so good.
They came promptly, setup a humane exclusionary door to get the raccoon out of the house. I wasn't sure if the raccoon was gone so they setup traps to be safe at no extra cost; and even did a bit of additional repair work I special-requested them to do beyond their normal patchwork services for the raccoon access…
Didn't show up the for the first scheduled inspection, showed up for the second and did inspection. Told me to expect to hear back via email about course of treatment, cost, and to schedule but I never heard from them again.
Bryor has been so helpful in both my house and my daughter's. It's a helpless feeling not knowing what to do with little animals in the attic, but Critter Removal was professional and efficient and didn't charge a crazy fee. I recommend wholeheartedly!
