Responsive easy to communicate with during the process
Very helpful and kind!
First time customer. Martin came out to assess the location where the raccoons were going in my roof and holes in foundation and the roof. Came out several times to.monitor and I have not heard them.
This is my second issue with raccoons in the attic. The first time I chose another company and was not satisfied with them. This company listened to my issue, explained what the would do and followed through to the end. They installed a one way door/trap and kept in touch with me. Just shy of two weeks, I agreed…
"Lord knows I wasn't gonna get up on the roof" Said a wise man once. These guys professionally got rid of our Vermin problem and patched up our house. A racoon to be exact. No animal were harmed. They lure them out and make sure they cannot return. Very humane way to deal with racoons...if you're into racoons. I'm just happy he moved on.
Initially we had an issue with a previous employee not fully addressing remediation of our issue and not communicating to resolve this problem. Brian then reached out to find out what he could to fix the problem. I appreciate the companies responsiveness to our issue and making sure we were fully satisfied.
Critter Removal was quick to respond and came out many times to be sure that the bats were gone from our attic.
Very efficient, good price, kept me informed, got the job done with no issues- would highly recommend!
Excellent company! They are courteous and doing business with them was seamless. They made everything so easy and responded to my calls and emails fast. Dillon was very professional and polite and took care of our bat issue. I would highly recommend Critter Removal Indianapolis!
We had a nature preserve in our house lol. They got the squirrels out of our attic and the sparrows in a vent quickly and 100% HUMANELY. Everyone on staff was knowledgeable, professional and the service was reasonably priced. Plus they're a local company which is always great to support when possible. I highly…
Our technician, Mike, was awesome! He was super communicative and immediately knew what was going on (we had birds in our chimney). He sent me a detailed estimate and returned to perform the service within 48 hours, and I got regular email updates until everything was completed. I hope I don’t have a reason to use…
Removed dead and active possum from my window wells and under my deck.
Our company used Critter Removal to assist us in a Raccoon issue that we had on our site. They were very attentive and did what they could to assist us in this problem. The agreement we made also came with a 2 year warranty, to which they have honored multiple times, as they have had to return to further address…
Critter Indy was extremely professional, responsive, and displayed excellent customer service all along the way. Their customer service I engaged with was email, phone, and in-person. They were very accommodating and understanding about my concern and urgency with my situation. Availability was exactly what I needed as well. Thank you!
Professional, Honest, & Humane. We tried to handle our pest problem that only led to more stress - called Grant and the next day our stress was gone! Thanks guys!
A bit pricy but service was good.
I was really impressed with the friendly customer service over the phone and with the the friendliness, and customer service of the gentleman who came out to check the traps and remove any animals over 5 days. I especially appreciated the understanding and explanations I received about re-homing/releasing the…
I'm an animal lover & didn't want any type of harm done to the opossum. They were able to handle my situation with kindness.
I had a raccoon in the attic having babies. They secured all exterior openings. Unfortunately mom couldn’t get the last baby out. It was too distressed and died. But I contacted Critter Removal and they were out the next morning and removed it.
They were very responsive and able to come out quickly after we were surprised by a bat in our house. They did a thorough inspection and sealed things up to ensure we had no further issues and so far so good.
They answered my query the day I powered it and had someone come out the next day. I had som fresh baby raccoons in the attic and the tech took care of everything and was in and out in 30 minutes. Great service
Dylan was a big help. We called Critter Removal after hearing squirrels up in our ceiling. Critter Removal was responsive and continuously monitored the traps set in place even over a couple of very frigid weeks! And did a good job explaining where the critter's might have gotten in and what to listen for.
I had an attic full of squirrels and wanted to avoid killing them if at all possible. The Critter Removal team promptly inspected the attic and installed a one-way door where the squirrels were getting in. Just a few days later - no more scratching in the walls! Better yet, no dead animals. Would recommend!
Another well-known local animal control company trapped squirrels that were in our attic. However, they didn't get all of them and when we continuously tried to contact them to come back out they ignored our calls/voicemails. We then contacted Critter Removal who came out and were able to trap the remaining…
I've used them twice now to help deal with raccoons. They are friendly, affordable, and take the time to explain the whole process.
They came promptly, setup a humane exclusionary door to get the raccoon out of the house. I wasn't sure if the raccoon was gone so they setup traps to be safe at no extra cost; and even did a bit of additional repair work I special-requested them to do beyond their normal patchwork services for the raccoon access…
Had a squirrel in the wall of my house they helped me put screens on attic vents. Made a way one way door it was gone in one week. I haven’t had an issue since. Did a thorough check of all areas where the squirrel couldn’t get in. Thanks for the help Critter Removal Indianapolis!
Good service. Very knowledgeable. Solved my problem with chipmunks
The people that came out was so nice, understanding of my situation. They was very professional, and knew how to remove the raccoons in my attic. I would certainly call these guys before i would anyone else. They work with you on all your issues.
A raccoon took up residence in our attic this spring. It was more than a little disconcerting to hear it pacing over my bedroom ceiling at night. Critter Removal Indianapolis came to the rescue, persuading Mr. Raccoon to move elsewhere, and patching holes to make sure he didn't return. I hope we don't have more of this, but if we do I'll call them again.
Bryor has been so helpful in both my house and my daughter's. It's a helpless feeling not knowing what to do with little animals in the attic, but Critter Removal was professional and efficient and didn't charge a crazy fee. I recommend wholeheartedly!
I had a problem with raccoons climbing up my drain pipe onto the roof. Critter removal came right out to check out the situation and patched the roof to keep the animals from getting into the attic. Very helpful!
Critter Removal is a 5***** Star Company. They were timely, professional, and communicated constantly throughout the removal process. I highly recommend this company for all your Critter Removal needs. Outstanding from start to removal!!! JAC III
They were persistent and worked hard to find a solution for our squirrel and bird problem until it was resolved. We have no hesitation in recommending them!
Critter Removal accomplished what they said they would do. Raccoons no longer reside under our deck or hang out in the vicinity. This eliminated a noisy and unhealthy nuisance without harm to the wildlife. Took more time and trips than we thought necessary but they did resolve all issues.
Quick response, super nice and professional and got the job done! Hire them.
