I love that even though I typically go at the same time, I get to experience a variety of coaches too. Scaling is supported, when appropriate, which I think is very important. I also enjoy that every coach explains what the workout should feel like/the intent behind it. It gives a little more power to the athlete to make appropriate choices. Highly recommend dropping in here and making this your gym ☺️
