They were very unprofessional and broke a light fixture in the area under my stairwell and never told me and when I called them they gave me the run around and never returned to fix it . Crossroads was my first call. Had a water line bust in a commercial bathroom above the ceiling. Absolutely destroyed the restroom as well as got water into a great deal of other areas in the building. Crossroads was there within 30 minutes of my call then got all hands on deck to get drywall cut out and water sucked…
