Everyone at Crossroads is so nice and they provide excellent service. We had water damage and they are insanely professional. They provide daily update emails and call and arrive when they say. We very much appreciate their hard work and would highly recommend to friends and family.

Got a quote for $5800, was told everything would be back to normal. Well unfortunately that hasn’t been the case. Wall trim isn’t staying on, paint didn’t match, and we still have a hole in the wall.

Crossroads was my first call. Had a water line bust in a commercial bathroom above the ceiling. Absolutely destroyed the restroom as well as got water into a great deal of other areas in the building. Crossroads came out the same day and started mitigation. They worked well with my elderly parents and were courteous and polite. Wes and Mike from restoration were fast and also very nice and helpful with my parents. Great company to work with.
