I called Crow’s to schedule an emergency appointment and Caleb soon called and arrived shortly thereafter. Long story short but he replaced our water heater, checked everything out and explained everything to my wife and me. First class service.

Somewhere near the bottom of the list of things that are rewarding and important is pouring bleach down my condensate drain lines in my attic, so it never gets done. Junior came out and cleaned up our kids' bathroom sink. He was courteous and professional, including pictures of work completed. Thanks for the service.

We’ve had the pleasure of Justin visiting our house twice in the past month. This will be for both of the visits. Justin provided an excellent walk through the the issues and the options to fix them. We were informed at every stage in the process. He was prompt, friendly, knowledgeable and even nice to our dogs.

Had used them for years until lately. They charged me $1200 for a $12 flange repair kit, some concrete screws, and mason bits, and about 2 hours labor. Highway robbery. Will never use them or Local Plumbing (parent company) again!
