Scam artist. Really disappointing experience with Crow’s Plumbing. I was told I needed to come home to meet the plumber and that the issue could likely be fixed on the spot, but they would let me know once they took a look in person. The plumber showed up, spent maybe five minutes looking at my outdoor faucet, and then left without even speaking to me about the issue or explaining what needed to be done. I eventually received a text with a quote for $348 to replace the entire hose bib. When I called to question the quote, the plumber explained that their pricing model was roughly 50% labor and materials, 40% overhead, and 10% profit. I’m sorry, but the entire replacement faucet costs around $20–$30, and a straightforward replacement typically takes less than an hour. I understand businesses have overhead and plumbers need to make money, but $348 for this seemed completely excessive, especially without any real explanation of why a simpler repair wasn’t possible. To make matters worse, I had specifically rearranged my day to be home because I was told I needed to meet the plumber, only for him to leave without saying a word. When I brought this up, he explained that he had to drop off another employee somewhere else. Overall, a frustrating experience. Poor communication, questionable pricing, and very little effort to actually help solve the problem. Would not recommend.

They came to our house within 2 hours of my initial call, even though it wasn't an emergency. Extremely courteous, friendly and helpful. Josh was our plumber, and he was awesome. He even answered a bunch of additional plumbing questions I had. It is great to have a plumber that you can trust. I hope that I won't have to call them often, but I will definitely save their number for any future needs. I well, highly recommend them to anybody I know.

Eric, I am sorry you were upset with the AI bot but we already had jobs already scheduled and we fixed the plumbing problem the next day. We did not collect payment until job was completed.

The first plumber we had out couldn’t clear a clog and quoted us a multiple thousand dollar job to cut out and replace a p trap. We called crowes and Karen was very helpful in scheduling and making sure Josh was prepared for the job, Josh did a great job of keeping our house clean and cleaning up after himself. He cleared the drain quickly and showed us what was blocking the line. I would highly recommend Crowes to anyone looking for a plumber.
