Called Crows and Tim came out exactly as scheduled. Expertly diagnosed the problem I was having, gave a written estimate and promptly fixed the issue and replaced a broken faucet while he was here. Very professional! Highly recommend and will definitely use them again. Thanks Tim!

Paul was friendly, thorough, and relatively quick to repair a leaking pipe behind a hose bib. Very happy with his service. Update 11/2025 - Brock replaced water heater same day. Not the cheapest option, but definitely the best customer service of any plumber I have ever used. Great work too.

Karen was fantastic in quickly getting me and appointment, Caleb was out within an hour and was super professional and friendly. Diagnosed the issue, gave me a variety of options on how I wanted to proceed. And then fixed the problem right away. Whole thing from start to finish was just a few hours would definitely recommend and use again

Garrett came within 15 min to repair a refrigerator water valve so our food wouldn't go bad. Very professional, responsive, and fast!

Our project manager, Jonathan Guyton, was very knowledgeable regarding the job. He replaced three bathroom faucets in a timely manner and cleaned up the area. We would definitely use Crow’s if we could have Jonathan as our tech. Thank you !

Crow's Plumbing is the best. We went through several plumbers trying to solve a mystery issue -- Crow's were the only ones who could diagnose it correctly. Jacob was GREAT & very courteous. The prices for repairs were higher than I expected... but Jacob did a great job! We used Tim seveal times to and he is always professional and helpful. Plumbing issues always cost more then we were thinking, but not the tech's fault.

The team here is wonderful! Paul is the technician who has been to our house several times for an issue we’ve had since the freeze in 2021. So thankful for their persistence to fix our issues, professionalism and expertise. They’re a great company!

Jacob Pryor did a lot of work for me when I bought a house in Round Rock. He installed a tankless water heater, sofener, two new toilets, as well as fixed and replaced some old hardware. He was on time, professional, and explained all the options clearly. Great work. I’ll be using them again when it comes time to upgrade the kitchen and bathrooms.

Found these guys on Angi and they quickly reached out to setup an appointment. Total time from appraisal to completion took less than 3 hours. They replaced an old failing kitchen sink and replaced some leaky cut off valves under the sink and behind the toilets. Gus and Josh did swift and clean work. Thanks guys

I called with an emergency need to have a faucet and stove disconnected for a counter installation—with the counter crew standing by on site! These guys mobilized a crew and got here in 15 min! Amazing and saved the day!
