Paul was friendly, thorough, and relatively quick to repair a leaking pipe behind a hose bib. Very happy with his service. Update 11/2025 - Brock replaced water heater same day. Not the cheapest option, but definitely the best customer service of any plumber I have ever used. Great work too.

Juan was very competent, professional, courteous and efficient. We were very impressed with his work and his positive attitude. We will ask for him if we have plumbing issues in the future.

Karen was fantastic in quickly getting me and appointment, Caleb was out within an hour and was super professional and friendly. Diagnosed the issue, gave me a variety of options on how I wanted to proceed. And then fixed the problem right away. Karen was very knowledgeable and pleasant to speak with about our plumbing issue. She set up an appointment on the same day. Paul changed out the laundry room wash box...I work night shift so all that happened quitely while I slept. When I woke up last night, I was so surprised and happy.

I’ve used Crow’s Plumbing twice and will continue to use them for any plumbing needs in the future. Paul, the technician, is great. Very nice and professional.
