Paul was friendly, thorough, and relatively quick to repair a leaking pipe behind a hose bib. Very happy with his service. Update 11/2025 - Brock replaced water heater same day. Not the cheapest option, but definitely the best customer service of any plumber I have ever used. Great work too.

Juan was very competent, professional, courteous and efficient. We were very impressed with his work and his positive attitude. We will ask for him if we have plumbing issues in the future.

Karen was fantastic in quickly getting me and appointment, Caleb was out within an hour and was super professional and friendly. Diagnosed the issue, gave me a variety of options on how I wanted to proceed. And then fixed the problem right away. Crow’s dispatched a plumber (Brock) to the house very quickly (took perhaps an hour from the time I placed the call). We have an older A/C system, and Tommy has done yeoman's work to keep us going through the heat. This latest service, the A/C went down about 2 AM. By 8 AM Tommy was notified, and by 9 he was here (after making another call) and had us back up and running by 10:30. There were 3 items that needed fixing, and he got… Read full review

I was grateful that Crow's could send a plumber so quickly to fix my leaking faucet. The very cold weather is right around the corner and I am ready for it. This is the second… Read full review

Called for a leaky upstairs bathroom faucet but quoted to replace the hot water heater ($4k) which I didn’t ask about. Tech didn’t fix the repair (I asked for a different technician the third time but was assured he could do the job). Brock repaired damage he caused to the pipes he accessed a month ago when he replaced our bathtub faucet and charged us an additional $272 (on top of the previous $1,048). I called Crows to come make sure my gas line to my fireplace was working properly. The tech didn't have a fireplace key, so my original problem wasn't resolved. I had a slow drain and faucet handles that needed adjustments, and he helped me with that. So one of two things were fixed.

Perceived expensive water pipe issue that turned to be a very minor issue. So relieved to have found this company to be so honest and trust worthy. Will be using this company in the future for all plumbing needs. Brandon was so nice and courteous.
