Paul was friendly, thorough, and relatively quick to repair a leaking pipe behind a hose bib. Very happy with his service. Update 11/2025 - Brock replaced water heater same day. Not the cheapest option, but definitely the best customer service of any plumber I have ever used. Great work too.

Juan was very competent, professional, courteous and efficient. We were very impressed with his work and his positive attitude. We will ask for him if we have plumbing issues in the future.

The team here is wonderful! Paul is the technician who has been to our house several times for an issue we’ve had since the freeze in 2021. So thankful for their persistence to fix our issues, professionalism and expertise. They’re a great company!

Brock repaired damage he caused to the pipes he accessed a month ago when he replaced our bathtub faucet and charged us an additional $272 (on top of the previous $1,048). I called Crows to come make sure my gas line to my fireplace was working properly. The tech didn't have a fireplace key, so my original problem wasn't resolved. I had a slow drain and faucet handles that needed adjustments, and he helped me with that. So one of two things were fixed.

Perceived expensive water pipe issue that turned to be a very minor issue. So relieved to have found this company to be so honest and trust worthy. Will be using this company in the future for all plumbing needs. Brandon was so nice and courteous.

I have been using Crows plumbing service for over a decade now, and they have always been spectacular. Jack and Tory's team are a bunch of professionals, who always take the best care of their customers. They are the only plumber service i'd want to work with in Austin.

Great customer care, they kept me really informed about where their technicians were via text. When the technician (Gus) came over he was really awesome and was able to quickly figure out the issue, quote me, and fix it. All in all a really great experience.

Gus and Tim did a great job! I will only call Crows to do work in my home. Please make sure you don’t waste your time with other companies. I’d give more stars if I could. They did so good that they are completing more repairs for us. Thanks crows!
