From the front desk to the service technician, service was excellent. Luke did an excellent repair and also noticed our shut off valve wasn’t functioning and opened a service ticket with the city. He is coming back to follow up to make sure everything dried properly. They also warranty their work. We are very pleased.

Top notch plumbing services! I had some difficulties on my end but they're more than happy, patient, and accommodating. I won't choose another plumbing service as long as I'm in Round Rock.

Brock was here within 2 hours of us discovering a leak. He was friendly and thorough. Even though it was not easy to find, it was quickly fixed. He kept us in the loop of what he was doing, with good explanations of everything. We're very happy!

Paul was friendly, thorough, and relatively quick to repair a leaking pipe behind a hose bib. Very happy with his service. Update 11/2025 - Brock replaced water heater same day. Not the cheapest option, but definitely the best customer service of any plumber I have ever used. Great work too.

Darius was very informastive about our problem sink, and he fixed it. Very courteous and on time.

I can't rate the value because I did not get multiple quotes or shop in that manner. I accepted the quote that was offered and that I thought was fair. The communication and follow up with all the parties I dealt with was professional and understanding of my incapacity - hearing.

We had two issues. The tankless water heater needed the annual maintenance and we had a had leak on our outdoor grill or fireplace. While the flush of the water heater was going on the tech checked on the leak, found it, and fixed it for no charge. The cost on the flush was very reasonable too. Tech was very nice and professional.

Crow's Plumbing's technician - Paul D. was just stellar! From beginning to end, the office and the field were a well-oiled machine- communicating appt times and arrivals- as well as Paul's service. I will continue to use Crow's for all my plumbing needs.

Jonathan with Crow’s plumbing recently did some repair work for us on our broken water supply line going to our house. He was exceptionally friendly, knowledgeable and professional.
