From the front desk to the service technician, service was excellent. Luke did an excellent repair and also noticed our shut off valve wasn’t functioning and opened a service ticket with the city. He is coming back to follow up to make sure everything dried properly. They also warranty their work. We are very pleased.

I had an emergency plumbing issue with a broken pipe. Crows Plumbing was responsive, quick and got my issue fixed. They are my go to plumber, and they've fixed a lot of plumbing issues in my 4p year old house. I highly recommend Brock and the team!

We had an outdoor hose bib leak. Crow was able to get someone over within an hour. Our technician, Juan, did a great job. He was prompt, evaluated the problem and explained it clearly along with the solution.

Caleb was amazing. We started the day very dreary due to a leaking bathroom sink. Caleb quickly diagnosed the issue and provided options. He made the entire process seamless and way less stressful than anticipated.

Luke was thorough, skilled and professional. The job was done very well and we're happy with our choice of provider. Brock helped us with a frozen pipe. He was very professional and fixed the issue. Jacob and Julius were very professional and thorough, as well as being friendly and easy to work with.

I felt comfortable in Xavier’s knowledge and didn’t feel he was up selling. He DID give me options and answered questions without a biased opinion of which option would be best for my situation. I will be using them again.

Gus did a thorough job and fixed our water leak. The builder had driven a nail through the Pex tubing in the wall and after 9 years it started to leak. What a freak thing but after the tubing was replaced everything cleaned up nice. I highly recommend this company. Tom McDonagh Georgetown

Gus helped us get to the bottom of our issue quickly and worked hard to get the job done. He was courteous, kind and helpful. He was covered in mud when he left, due to the nature of our pipe leak. He was cheerful and professional the entire time.

Got two other estimates (4 and 5 times the amount I paid), and Luke was the only one who wanted to find the leak first before deciding how much it would cost and what should be done. Hope I don't need a plumber again, but if I do it will definitely be Crow's.

Jacob was very thorough explains my options. I had 2 main repair issues. As an older retired individual I could not afford the “better” option but was happy with the repairs done. I would request Jacob in the future.

They replaced two hose bibs for me to the tune of $399. They left rusted screws in the wall plate and it’s already separated from the wall.

Found these guys on Angi and they quickly reached out to setup an appointment. Total time from appraisal to completion took less than 3 hours. They replaced an old failing kitchen sink and replaced some leaky cut off valves under the sink and behind the toilets. Gus and Josh did swift and clean work. Thanks guys
