From the front desk to the service technician, service was excellent. Luke did an excellent repair and also noticed our shut off valve wasn’t functioning and opened a service ticket with the city. He is coming back to follow up to make sure everything dried properly. They also warranty their work. We are very pleased.

We’ve had the pleasure of Justin visiting our house twice in the past month. This will be for both of the visits. Justin provided an excellent walk through the the issues and the options to fix them. We were informed at every stage in the process. He was prompt, friendly, knowledgeable and even nice to our dogs.

Buyer beware! Make sure you get a price per hour ahead of time. Crows plumbing charged me $380 for a 15 minute job. Very shady operation.

I've a residential contractor and I've used crowes several times now for medium sized projects. Gus, the plumber who has come out is very professional, super polite and really knows his stuff. I don't see any reason to call a different plumber for the foreseeable future.

Google reviews dont lie. Needed to diagnose and perform a repair on a leak under the foundation. The communication was EXCELLENT, and Luke was very professional. Price estimate was open-ended, as it was dependent on what what type of repair was needed, as determined by the pressure testing, but I feel in the end it was fair. Highly recommend.

Luke Eglund did a fantastic job of tracking through to the end. Repaired our gas leak, coordinated with the city as well as the gas company and then relit all our pilots. He was positive and hardworking young man! These guys are my go to from now on!
