Juan was great. He quickly sized things up and knew the problems and solutions. He was prompt, friendly, and patient answering my many questions. I got the estimate in my email almost instantly. He understood the challenges and priorities of a home with older plumbing. And he was nice to my dog.

Great communication and service. The office called to see if they could come a day earlier than scheduled which worked great for me! They were professional, friendly and got the job done right. Brock was great!

Very responsive to your need Very professional and explained the process very well I definitely recommend.

Zach was friendly and professional. Quick diagnostics revealed the shower faucet cartridge had seized. It required drilling it out and replacing. A quick trip to Home Depot for the part and it's back in order.

All techs were nice, efficient, and clear. They got my issues sorted quickly and were very open about cost and what the cost bought.

Gus was awesome, professional, and his readiness to fix the issue was impressive. Exactly what I needed. Thanks Gus!

Jacob Pryor did a lot of work for me when I bought a house in Round Rock. He installed a tankless water heater, sofener, two new toilets, as well as fixed and replaced some old hardware. He was on time, professional, and explained all the options clearly. Great work. I’ll be using them again when it comes time to upgrade the kitchen and bathrooms.

Luke was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and professional! My problem was solved for a great price and I will definitely use Crows again next time I need a plumbing service! Update: I just used Crow's again for a leak I had from my water heater. Brock came out to give me an estimate and was able to replace it… Read full review
