Zach was friendly and professional. Quick diagnostics revealed the shower faucet cartridge had seized. It required drilling it out and replacing. A quick trip to Home Depot for the part and it's back in order.

Jacob Pryor did a lot of work for me when I bought a house in Round Rock. He installed a tankless water heater, sofener, two new toilets, as well as fixed and replaced some old hardware. The guys did a great job. They were friendly, courteous & completed the job quickly and efficiently. I was the last repair of the day and when they had to leave to get a part I suggested that they could wait and return tomorrow to finish, but they insisted on returning to finish the job immediately.
