Yesterday I had the best plumber experience ever. Jacob was thorough, informative and professional. He diagnosed a problem with a water heater device that had been improperly installed by another plumber in 2014. He had the correct part on his truck and we are now enjoying (near) instant hot water. He went above… Read full review

Buyer beware! Make sure you get a price per hour ahead of time. Crows plumbing charged me $380 for a 15 minute job. Very shady operation.

We've used Crow's several times and keep coming back. Their team is EXCEPTIONAL and we know we can trust the work they do. We've had a great experience with HVAC and plumbing repairs. Everyone we've met has gone above and beyond to make sure we understand the work that is being done, has been very friendly and professional, and does a great job.

Gus was very professional, communicated well, and performed the work perfectly. Highly recommended.

Brock & Justin professional and courteous team. Replaced old and cracked toilet - I was given various options to purchase new. Service call and installation completed same day before afternoon kid pick up! Cleaned up mess. Thanks guys. CK

Crow’s Plumbing was professional and courteous. They resolved my plumbing issues. I would use them for any future plumbing needs. They really cared about making sure that I was satisfied with my experience with them.

All techs were nice, efficient, and clear. They got my issues sorted quickly and were very open about cost and what the cost bought.

Both gentlemen did an outstanding job. They were punctual and professional.

Everyone at Crowe's Plumbing Service was fantastic and courteous! This is such a rare find these days!

Jacob Pryor did a lot of work for me when I bought a house in Round Rock. He installed a tankless water heater, sofener, two new toilets, as well as fixed and replaced some old hardware. He was on time, professional, and explained all the options clearly. Great work. I’ll be using them again when it comes time to upgrade the kitchen and bathrooms.

Great service today. Quick response and installation. Gus was wonderful.

Tim was very professional, shared helpful information to help our old plumbing.

Tim was very professional and explained in detail what he would try to do to complete the task. considering the challenge, he was very polite.

Gus was very polite and professional. He took out the old and put in the new one. He cleaned up afterwards and made sure it worked. Yeah it does. Thanks

Luke is a beast, I threw every fancy design element at him and he just took it and knocked it out of the park. Always has a positive attitude, presents solutions and worst case scenarios efficiently (explaining to non-industry people), and is a great problem solver. Excited to share final product photos with y’all!

Needed a new water softener and toilet installed. Luke came on time, made some recommendations with gave us some different options. Luke was top notch and I would recommend him to any friend.

Brock was punctual on arrival. Not only did he explain what he would be doing but checked additional areas of concern. I liked that he stepped outside the scope to better provide great customer satisfaction. The job was done to perfection and left no mess behind. I will call them again for any future work.

Gus has done it once again. An avid DIYer (primarily because I don't like to pay for things not done up to my own standards), Gus once again came out - 3 projects in one week - and despite an overcrowded, messy remodel going on around him, did 3 excellent jobs in a timely, professional manner. And during maybe 10… Read full review

I am updating a bathroom and found that 3 water valves did not work properly. Luke was worried due to the age of the house (1929) that the pipes would break while installing new valves. However he was able to replace the valves with no problems. He also set a toilet for me. When I called for the repairs, I got… Read full review

Josh was professional and took time to explain all the details about the install. It was his first time installing this type of toilet but you would not know it based on how efficient and precise he was with installation. Very pleased with Josh and the company overall. Great experience!

Gus was amazing, helpful, thorough in his explanation of the entire process. He answered my questions, was patient in showing & telling me how to reset my water softener.

Courteous, professional and go out of their way to accommodate. The way business should be done

While their prices were not the lowest, and Luke did try to upsell me initially, but I refused his more expensive options.. As fate would have it the shut off valve in the bathroom was not functioning properly, so I wound up going with the original estimate. All that being said, Luke Englund was a total… Read full review
