Buyer beware! Make sure you get a price per hour ahead of time. Crows plumbing charged me $380 for a 15 minute job. Very shady operation.

We've used Crow's several times and keep coming back. Their team is EXCEPTIONAL and we know we can trust the work they do. We've had a great experience with HVAC and plumbing repairs. Everyone we've met has gone above and beyond to make sure we understand the work that is being done, has been very friendly and professional, and does a great job.

Jacob Pryor did a lot of work for me when I bought a house in Round Rock. He installed a tankless water heater, sofener, two new toilets, as well as fixed and replaced some old hardware. He was on time, professional, and explained all the options clearly. Great work. I’ll be using them again when it comes time to upgrade the kitchen and bathrooms.

Luke is a beast, I threw every fancy design element at him and he just took it and knocked it out of the park. Always has a positive attitude, presents solutions and worst case scenarios efficiently (explaining to non-industry people), and is a great problem solver. Needed a new water softener and toilet installed. Luke came on time, made some recommendations with gave us some different options. Luke was top notch and I would recommend him to any friend.

Brock was punctual on arrival. Not only did he explain what he would be doing but checked additional areas of concern. I liked that he stepped outside the scope to better provide great customer satisfaction. The job was done to perfection and left no mess behind. I will call them again for any future work.

Luke called 15 minutes before scheduled time,. Upon arrival, he was masked and covered his feet--I showed him the issues and he took 5 minutes to provide me several cost options. Professional and friendly, he lived up to the the online reputation that made me choose Crow Plumbing.

Tim Terpstra with Crow’s Plumbing was amazing.Tim made our day by not only diagnosing the problem but also solving it by installing a new toilet! All in a matter of a couple of hours. He is extremely polite, knowledgeable, fast and efficient.
