Crow's Plumbing Service

We had several issues that were way above our skill sets- fortunately Josh knew exactly how to sort us out . We have a few other items that need sorting later on— and we’ll absolutely call Crow’s plumbing.

Josh was very kind and easy to talk to. Explained everything he did very well.

Super nice guy, super knowledgeable.

Called them out of the blue because I didn't have a vendor setup for that area. Responded within 3 hours and did a great job. Highly recommend.

For anyone needing plumbing services for your home, Crows Plumbing Service, LLC just knocked out some repairs for me at a very reasonable price. My tech Tim was kind, cool, knowledgeable, and courteous. Highly recommended.

Juan and Max serviced our home this week and were spectacular! Excellent communication from arrival to finish. Thorough knowledge of the situation and clear options to fix the problem. We have been with Crow’s Plumbing Service for years and they are the best!!! Trustworthy and very professional when you need it the most! Thank you!

Arrived on time, took care of my plumbing issues quickly, and was very polite.

Karen did an outstanding job of scheduling replacement of some shower hardware. Even though they were booked for the entire week, she found a way to work us in with Jacob. Jacob did a beautiful job of installing the shower assembly. His work is very neat. Their pricing for service is very reasonable. We highly… Read full review

I had a running toilet. I tried to fix it myself. But instead of a standard flap I had a canister type flush valve. All my attempts to remove it failed. I scheduled Crow's plumbing to come by. They were able to remove it replace it with a new flush valve. It cost 345.63 for this service. Hopefully next time I can do it myself.

I’ve used Crows for all my plumbing needs for the last few years. Replaced toilets, faucet and toilet repair. Josafat has always been my smart professional HERO! Thank you Josafat and thank you Crows Plumbing!!!!!!

Luke diagnosed and fixed the plumbing issue accurately and quickly! Definitely recommend!!!

Quick turnaround time for appointment and all resolved on first visit!

My toilet was making a strange noise after being flushed, and it sounded like the noise was in the wall. The technician charged me $250 to say I needed to replace the inside of the toilet. He was at my house for 15 mins. I checked online and a repair kit costs about $30. The technician wanted $600 to do the… Read full review

Breat tech very friendly and kept advise of what he was doing

Great service and fast!

Karen’s service was fantastic—very quick response! And Josafat G. not only fixed our misbehaving toilet but found a concerning issue with our gas valve to the stove and took care of a couple of other requests. He went above and beyond and then some!

Prompt and professional service

Super efficient, very kind, made sure he did everything he was suppose to and explained everything very well! Would 10/10 recommend to anyone !

These guys are great! Our tech showed up only a few hours after I called about a toilet leak at our preschool. He checked out the leak which wasn’t actually a leak…3 year old boys pottytraining sometimes miss. We will leave it at that. BUT the other toilet was also running nonstop and we had tried everything, he… Read full review

Juan M. did a great job! He was informative and efficient.

They called to schedule service with me 5 minutes after I filled out the form on Angie’s List. They came out the following morning and fixed my issue right away. Luke was super friendly and very thorough. I will definitely call them for any and all of my future plumbing needs.

Very quick and reliable service, have used them before and will call them again if needed.

Josafat was on time, efficient, explained the issues and options, meticulous and honestly gave his opinions. The only reason I gave a 4 rating instead of a five was because on the price. It may be the market price but seems high. On the other hand you get what you pay for. I will definitely use them again and I will ask for Josafat in the future.

We recently had the pleasure of working with Christian J from Crow’s Plumbing, and the entire experience was outstanding from start to finish. Christian came out to assist with a plumbing issue in the women's restroom at our Chick-fil-A location. While the issue could have easily become a disruption to our daily… Read full review

Crow's Plumbing has never disappointed. They are reliable and prompt, upfront and honest, and know their work. I could not believe Garrett was at my door within an hour today. I also like they charge for the job, not by the hour. My neighbor Harold knew what he was doing when he recommended Crow's 12 years ago.

Caleb came out today to see why our toilet wasn’t working well. He checked it out and offered a couple of fixes. We were very happy with the outcome and Caleb did a fine job. Very conscientious and friendly. He put our needs first and worked until we were up and running. He is a professional and did exceptional… Read full review

Junior was great! He was quick, professional, and friendly.

My toilets were rickety after an install by an un-professional. Brock examined everything and was efficient in his diagnosis of the problem, did the repair and took care of mounting the toilets correctly. My toilets are great now. (A nod to my brother Pete too who quickly took care of the sub-floor issue.) Thanks… Read full review

Brock was awesome. After looking at the plumbing issues we were having he explained in detail what he recommended and why. He was very professional as well comfortable to talk to.

I had a wee emergency, and these folks are my go-to plumbers in Austin. Paul was here exactly when he said, he mitigated the disaster efficiently and not too $$$-ly, and we are back in business (!)…Thanks!

Xavier was very friendly, professional, and patient. I kept asking follow up questions and he walked me through every step. He completed my toilet tank rebuild much faster than I expected. He also gave me options for future projects that I had in mind. I will definitely be using this company for my next project.

I had a troublesome plumbing problem and was extremely weary to do the fix myself because of the damage I would incur if something went wrong so I hesitantly reached out to Crow's Plumbing from Angi and I am very satisfied and appreciative of the great work they did. Paul and associate, I believe Josh, arrived… Read full review

Ruben was very impressive got in there and got the job done.

Our leaking problem was compounded because the manufacturer of the faulty parts should have known exactly what to send us the first time we called them. Josh worked on the problem with the parts they sent yet the the faucets still leaked. I called them again and immediately they seemed to know what to do. Now Josh… Read full review

Tim was so respectful, clean, and quick. Will be coming back to this business again if needed.

Tim was extremely professional, identified the issue which was luckily the “best case scenario”, as well as explaining and showing me the issue! No trying to oversell me! I continue to be happy with this company as a whole.

From start to finish, great service! Karen was awesome with scheduling! Both, Karen and Tim called prior to arrival! We've used Crow's several times and keep coming back. Their team is EXCEPTIONAL and we know we can trust the work they do. We've had a great experience with HVAC and plumbing repairs. Everyone we've met has gone above and beyond to make sure we understand the work that is being done, has been very friendly and professional, and does a great job.

Ruben was professional, informative. I feel strongly I was overcharged for a simple water valve change out. But had no water was captive, desperate for fix

My toilet started leaking at the floor connection. Yikes! I called at 4:58pm and was able to get an appointment for the next day. Jacob had to update me on the issue by phone and did an excellent job explaining the issues and a quick price quote. He also looked around generally for any upcoming issues and replaced… Read full review

Had used them for years until lately. They charged me $1200 for a $12 flange repair kit, some concrete screws, and mason bits, and about 2 hours labor. Highway robbery. Will never use them or Local Plumbing (parent company) again!

Crow’s Plumbing was professional and courteous. They resolved my plumbing issues. I would use them for any future plumbing needs. They really cared about making sure that I was satisfied with my experience with them.

Brock was very professional and had great customer service. He fixed my toilet the same day he was called out. Also, the scheduling was easy and they communicated when they were on the way so I knew the timing. Definitely recommend this business.

Plumbing issues, especially on the weekends are stressful. Our experience from the time I called and spoke to Karen to the service Jacob provided made it pleasant. Karen was so nice, reassuring and friendly. Communication while we waited for Jacob to arrive. Jacob was so friendly, knowledgeable. Thank you ! The Steel Sisters

Both gentlemen did an outstanding job. They were punctual and professional.
