We had several issues that were way above our skill sets- fortunately Josh knew exactly how to sort us out . We have a few other items that need sorting later on— and we’ll absolutely call Crow’s plumbing.

Josh was very kind and easy to talk to. Explained everything he did very well.

I had a running toilet. I tried to fix it myself. But instead of a standard flap I had a canister type flush valve. All my attempts to remove it failed. I scheduled Crow's plumbing to come by. They were able to remove it replace it with a new flush valve. It cost 345.63 for this service. Hopefully next time I can do it myself.

Karen’s service was fantastic—very quick response! And Josafat G. not only fixed our misbehaving toilet but found a concerning issue with our gas valve to the stove and took care of a couple of other requests. He went above and beyond and then some!

Josafat was on time,efficient,explained the issues and options, meticulous and honestly gave his opinions. The only reason I gave a 4 rating instead of a five was because on the price. Crow's Plumbing has never disappointed. They are reliable and prompt, upfront and honest, and know their work. I could not believe Garrett was at my door within an hour today. We've used Crow's several times and keep coming back. Their team is EXCEPTIONAL and we know we can trust the work they do. We've had a great experience with HVAC and plumbing repairs. Everyone we've met has gone above and beyond to make sure we understand the work that is being done, has been very friendly and professional, and does a great job.

Had used them for years until lately. They charged me $1200 for a $12 flange repair kit, some concrete screws, and mason bits, and about 2 hours labor. Highway robbery. Will never use them or Local Plumbing (parent company) again!

Crow’s Plumbing was professional and courteous. They resolved my plumbing issues. I would use them for any future plumbing needs. They really cared about making sure that I was satisfied with my experience with them.

Jacob was very thorough explains my options. I had 2 main repair issues. As an older retired individual I could not afford the “better” option but was happy with the repairs done. I would request Jacob in the future.

Found these guys on Angi and they quickly reached out to setup an appointment. Total time from appraisal to completion took less than 3 hours. They replaced an old failing kitchen sink and replaced some leaky cut off valves under the sink and behind the toilets. Gus and Josh did swift and clean work. Thanks guys

I have been using Crows plumbing service for over a decade now, and they have always been spectacular. Jack and Tory's team are a bunch of professionals, who always take the best care of their customers. They are the only plumber service i'd want to work with in Austin.

Paul was quick to root cause the leak issue in the toilet and replaced the part that was causing the leak. He repaired it and got it back to normal within a short time.
