Had a new hot water heater installed as our old one did not work anymore. Luke did a good job putting a new one in and taking the old one out. It only took him about 3 hours to do it. Was completely satisfied with the job he did.

Josefat was great! Transparent and upfront with pricing and was able to quickly pick up a replacement hot water heater and install it.

We had a laundry list of things for Tim to take care of, and he did an excellent job. He was very organized, communicated clearly, did not push anything on us at all and was extremely friendly and Professional.

Tim helped me with multiple installations of water heater, full house softener/filtration and kitchen ro system. He did an excellent job with providing multiple options and giving me the tradeoffs for each of them. We love the new water heaters and quality of water after the filtration. My water heater needed to be replaced. Juan did a good job replacing it. He also found another issue on my whole house water valve. My water pressure came back normal. The price was reasonable as well.

I cannot say enough great things about crow's plumbing specifically Tim the technician who came in the ice storm and fixed our water heater leak. Tim was extremely knowledgeable and proficient very accommodating and work very fast and hard to get our issue resolved.

Juan was great. He quickly sized things up and knew the problems and solutions. He was prompt, friendly, and patient answering my many questions. I got the estimate in my email almost instantly. He understood the challenges and priorities of a home with older plumbing. And he was nice to my dog.

Josafat and Crow’s were excellent. First, they follow up…we had a water softener installed last year and they followed up with us this year for our other needs like maintenance on water heater. We in fact needed a new one and the proposal was clear and the work performed quickly. Thank you!

Paul was friendly, thorough, and relatively quick to repair a leaking pipe behind a hose bib. Very happy with his service. Update 11/2025 - Brock replaced water heater same day. Not the cheapest option, but definitely the best customer service of any plumber I have ever used. Great work too.

Caleb and his coworker did a great job. They had to work through some speed bumps to get the hot water tank replaced from Home Depot Pro on warranty. I got estimates from four highly rated companies and Crow's was one of the more reasonable estimates- plus their customer service and scheduling experience was a top-notch. Christian was very pleasant and efficient on the install day. Highly recommended!

Jacob and Josh were outstanding! They explained what needed to be done, then found an innovative way of getting past an attic installation challenge and when done, they cleaned up and explained to me the operation of the auto shut off sensor device. All in all, very professional and courteous!
