Crow's Plumbing Service

The service and representation is the best from Crow's plumbing.

The plumber jodsafat was amazing hard working tech

Our water heater failed and I called Crow’s. They were responsive, professional, and reasonably priced. I put them on my contacts to call again if we have any plumbing problems.

Paul was excellent to detail the regular price of a tankless water heater was way too expensive for me I was thinking I was never going to be able to have enough hot water for my tub. but instead Paul told me about something that I was not aware of which was the tank booster it boost your water gallon capacity… Read full review

Did a great job and stayed until everything worked out! Thanks again!

Had a new hot water heater installed as our old one did not work anymore. Luke did a good job putting a new one in and taking the old one out. It only took him about 3 hours to do it. Was completely satisfied with the job he did.

Josefat was great! Transparent and upfront with pricing and was able to quickly pick up a replacement hot water heater and install it.

We had a laundry list of things for Tim to take care of, and he did an excellent job. He was very organized, communicated clearly, did not push anything on us at all and was extremely friendly and Professional.

Tim helped me with multiple installations of water heater, full house softener/filtration and kitchen ro system. He did an excellent job with providing multiple options and giving me the tradeoffs for each of them. We love the new water heaters and quality of water after the filtration. Will definitely call him for any future needs!

They arrived on time and did a great job. The pricing was inline with other companies.

My water heater needed to be replaced. Juan did a good job replacing it. He also found another issue on my whole house water valve. My water pressure came back normal. The price was reasonable as well.

Top notch plumbing services! I had some difficulties on my end but they're more than happy, patient, and accommodating. I won't choose another plumbing service as long as I'm in Round Rock.

I cannot say enough great things about crow's plumbing specifically Tim the technician who came in the ice storm and fixed our water heater leak. Tim was extremely knowledgeable and proficient very accommodating and work very fast and hard to get our issue resolved.

Juan was great. He quickly sized things up and knew the problems and solutions. He was prompt, friendly, and patient answering my many questions. I got the estimate in my email almost instantly. He understood the challenges and priorities of a home with older plumbing. And he was nice to my dog.

Josafat and Crow’s were excellent. First, they follow up…we had a water softener installed last year and they followed up with us this year for our other needs like maintenance on water heater. We in fact needed a new one and the proposal was clear and the work performed quickly. Thank you!

We have used their services several times — first when we had water pressure issues in the house, then when we decided to replace our water softening system, and most recently for a water heater replacement. The quote was reasonable, and they were able to complete the installation the same day. Thank you!

The tech person was very knowledgable did the job so that the outcome was exactly what I wanted. Discussed all options that I was considering with the pros and cons of each option. I really like doing business with this company

Paul was friendly, thorough, and relatively quick to repair a leaking pipe behind a hose bib. Very happy with his service. Update 11/2025 - Brock replaced water heater same day. Not the cheapest option, but definitely the best customer service of any plumber I have ever used. Great work too.

Josafat G was great, got us back into hot water in a good way in no time

The service was commendable installation was exceptional

Water heater replacement and review of leak from toilet. Great work. They will be more than DIY, but done quickly and correct. Josafat was very helpful in understanding options, clear with recommendations and professional.

Although I went with another company. Crows Plumbing was very professional in giving me a quote

Luke was very polite, professional and was there when he said he would be. Did not know about Crow’s Plumbing, but will definitely recommend them.

Josafat was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable and professional. He provided all of the information I needed to make a decision on a repair to my pressure valve and water heater. Thank you for your help!

Luke did a great job. Crows was professional and reliable, showing up as scheduled and completing the repair in a timely manner.

Caleb and his coworker did a great job. They had to work through some speed bumps to get the hot water tank replaced from Home Depot Pro on warranty. We have an older A/C system, and Tommy has done yeoman's work to keep us going through the heat. This latest service, the A/C went down about 2 AM. By 8 AM Tommy was notified, and by 9 he was here (after making another call) and had us back up and running by 10:30. There were 3 items that needed fixing, and he got… Read full review

Quality service at a fair price. Thanks.

Jacob and Josh were outstanding! They explained what needed to be done, then found an innovative way of getting past an attic installation challenge and when done, they cleaned up and explained to me the operation of the auto shut off sensor device. All in all, very professional and courteous!

Ruben worked on our last 2 properties. Both were plumbing and gas challenges. He did some complex diagnostics and came up with well thought out solutions. He also thought ahead about our water needs and pressure from our well. Upgraded lines to 1inch outside and 3/4inch inside from 1/2inch in both. Really… Read full review

The receptionist on the phone was very friendly. They were able to send someone out the next morning for a $39 dispatch fee (waived if you use their service).
