Crow's Plumbing Service

Nice folks. We have had success with them in the past. Unfortunately, they did not show up as scheduled despite assurances. We had been without hot water for 10 days. They came the next day and charged $275.00 for one hour visit. Technician did explain the he was held up on another job. However, we did not… Read full review

Our technician Kevin was very punctual, respectful, and solved our issue in no time. He went above and beyond to make sure there were no other issues and kindly explained how I could trouble shoot things myself if there was ever an issue in the future. Would definitely contact again!

Top notch plumbing services! I had some difficulties on my end but they're more than happy, patient, and accommodating. I won't choose another plumbing service as long as I'm in Round Rock.

Very knowledgeable team

Crow got my job scheduled quickly and was priced reasonably. Juan M did a great job. He was personable, courteous, knowledgeable and careful. Well done.

We placed a service request on Tuesday, December 23rd. Now, granted that was the day before the holiday, but the technician came out and diagnosed the tankless water heater, took almost $600 in payment, and told us that they ordered the part from the manufacturer for overnight delivery and would install the next… Read full review

Crows was the 3rd company I called to do what seemed like a simple job. Other companies never showed up or responded. Crows made an appointment and was on time! Our plumbing issues were explained and repair options were pursued before the decision to replace the unit. The work was done in a timely manner and everything was clean when the job was complete.

Amazing service. Fast and friendly.

Josafat was on time, efficient, explained the issues and options, meticulous and honestly gave his opinions. The only reason I gave a 4 rating instead of a five was because on the price. It may be the market price but seems high. On the other hand you get what you pay for. I will definitely use them again and I will ask for Josafat in the future.

Anytime you need to hire someone to provide a service in your home, you are at the mercy of the providing service company. We had Paul come out this Sunday to check a toilet leak. While troubleshooting it he figured out the line was backed up because the septic grinder pump was backed up due to power being shut off from a breaker. He corrected that and got the line cleared. We’ve been using Crow for a number of years and have always… Read full review

We have an older A/C system, and Tommy has done yeoman's work to keep us going through the heat. This latest service, the A/C went down about 2 AM. By 8 AM Tommy was notified, and by 9 he was here (after making another call) and had us back up and running by 10:30. There were 3 items that needed fixing, and he got… Read full review

Tommy was amazing! fast at finding the part that I needed by making a bunch of call. Identifying and fixing the issue so quickly so that I wont freeze in this cold weather.

This was a professional evaluation of a problem previous builders and roofers caused. Luke was great and I very much appreciate his professional opinion.

The scheduler made the fee structure very clear, the technicians showed up on time and were friendly and professional, and the initial service call price was lower than the 3-4 other places we called.

Thank you so much! If I could give them a 10, I would. Brock came in and was so professional. He gave me an estimate and repaired my water heater in the same day. He even had a plan if he wasnt going to be able to get the part in time for the weekend. Thank you again!

The team here is wonderful! Paul is the technician who has been to our house several times for an issue we’ve had since the freeze in 2021. So thankful for their persistence to fix our issues, professionalism and expertise. They’re a great company!

Gus and Josh came out the same day I requested a quote and were able to assess my old water heater and install a new one in less than half a day. My water heater is in the attic and the first plumber I called was concerned about how hard it would be to replace. Gus and Josh said no problem and completed the work… Read full review

Kudos to Crow's Plumbing. I used them to replace a water heater that was, alas, on its last legs, and then also to install a gas line to a new back-up generator. Everything was done quickly and well. Special thanks to Luke Englund, who was here promptly and was unfailing polite even as I asked very stupid questions. Definitely would recommend.

He got me in quicker than the competition could and was able to speedily diagnose the problem. The part was under warrantee but was going to be a hassle to get so he gave me one off his truck at no extra cost. He did a complete flush of the water heater and vacuumed out the hard water deposits so the new coil… Read full review

Develop a relationship with Crow’s Local Plumbing. Top notch people, provide great service. They clearly explained options and cleanly get the job done. Our home was built in 1962 and has had extensive work performed by Crow’s. We’re now in a first name basis with several people within the organization and the value they provide is outstanding.

Josh, and Crow generally, are exceptional. They do what they say they are going to do, they give you options, keep you in the loop during the work and are always on time. When times are busy, they set expectations and meet them. When the situation isn’t clear, they stay engaged so there are no surprises. Couldn’t be… Read full review

I found Crow's off of Rheem's website, and was impressed from start to finish. Their website let me upload photos and videos of the leak. They responded to my web inquiry the next business day. I let them know I was going to order a replacement water heater for them to install, and we setup a day that we guessed… Read full review

My tankless water heater busted due to freeze, most plumbing companies didn't have any available. Luke Englund was able to find me one locally. He picked it up the next morning and switched it out. He was very professional even vacuumed the insulation that fell from the attic when he pulled down the stairs. Highly recommend Crows Plumbing

Amazing staff. Very responsive and professional. High praises to Luke who helped get us hot water back after the winter storm.

Luke was super quick, helpful and knowledgeable! My issue was resolved and I was thoroughly pleased!

Mixed feelings here. First, this company’s interfacing is fantastic: super-friendly staff (Gus, Luke), great website scheduling, fast response, and lots of communications (emails, texts). However, I had 2 plumbers come out a week apart. The first one cost $45 to send to my house and the second one cost $179. The… Read full review
