Top notch plumbing services! I had some difficulties on my end but they're more than happy, patient, and accommodating. I won't choose another plumbing service as long as I'm in Round Rock.
GREAT COMPANY!!! Called them out to just do a quick review and maintenance on 2 filers and a faucet…work we thought we would just get a quote on..but Caleb knew what he was talking about. He was able to provide an on the spot estimate and then offered to do all the work himself THAT DAY!! I don’t think I’ve ever…
Caleb did a great job. Very happy with Crows Plumbing.
Paul was very thorough and explaining the problem with my water heater. He worked with me to get the price that I wanted and finished the job and a timely manner and a professional manner. I highly recommend. Paul
Gus was friendly, prompt, knowledgeable and courteous. He worked quickly replacing my water tank and offered suggestions and assistance on the replacement of the new tank. I highly recommend Crow's Plumbing, Heating and Air for your repair needs.
We had two issues. The tankless water heater needed the annual maintenance and we had a had leak on our outdoor grill or fireplace. While the flush of the water heater was going on the tech checked on the leak, found it, and fixed it for no charge. The cost on the flush was very reasonable too. Tech was very nice and professional.
Water Heater Replacement

Quick turn around, same day installation. Quality work.
Crow Plumbing, Heating and Air definitely deserves a 5 Star rating! My hot water heater started leaking on a Thursday morning. I turned the water supply off at the unit realizing this was an emergency. With no experience with hiring someone to replace it, I put a request in on Home Advisor. I received a call from…
ABSOLUTELY Fantastic! They went out of their way to make sure we understood what we were doing, help us out of their way, and do an amazing job! THANK YOU
After having a hot water heater installed beyond improperly by a scam artist contractor, I needed to have everything taken out, reinstalled and brought up to code. It was a painful purchase but the team from Crow's, led by Paul, did a fantastic job. Paul made sure I understood everything that was being done, was…
Jacob was very professional and went over every option with me. Would absolutely recommend to anyone looking for a honest plumbing company.
Jonathan Guyton was very detailed about my water softener installation. He called and gave me a 30 minute heads up on arrival. He explained the operation of the system and was very professional about his work. I will be calling you guys for any further plumbing or installation issues. Randy Judd
We will call Gus and Crow's Plumbing if and when we have any plumbing needs.
