Each employee has done an excellent job over the many years that we have used them. They are very accommodating with scheduling and dependable in any type of weather.
Always on time and easy to schedule!!!
Crystal Clean does a fabulous job on windows! Highly recommend!
I have used Travis and his team for many years. They are in and out without being a bother. Every window and screen is spotless when they are done. Very professional. I highly recommend you use them!
I had used Crystal Clean Windows 3 times. The first 2 times were an overall reasonable experience. The 3rd time was not. I believe it depends on the employees that are dispatched to your home & their personal work ethics. While their rates were increased their cleaning service was drastically decreased the last time. I would never use this company again.
I have used crystal clean windows for several years now and they do an excellent job. Great communication and a very thorough job.
Employees of Crystal Clean Windows do a great job of accommodating my personal requests. They work efficiently and are conscious of not tracking in and pleasing the customer. We have used this company twice, and we plan to continue.
When I lived in Ames, they always did an excellent job with interior and exterior cleaning of windows. I was pleased to find out that they were available for residential window cleaning in Cedar Rapids. Still do an excellent job.
We have used Crystal Clean Windows for years and have been so pleased with their workmanship and professionalism.
They do great work and are reasonably priced. It was the perfect service right before we had open houses scheduled on our home for sale.
A team of employees showed up on time and clean all windows inside and out in less than 2 hours. They did a great job!!
The company I work for uses Crystal Clean Windows & we are always so happy when they come. They do a wonderful job and leave our windows looking amazing! They are very kind & considerate working around our office staff & having to work around a lot of people (and sometimes dogs!). You hardly know they are here. I highly recommend this company!
Windows cleaned
Excellent service guy who noted dry rot in windows I had not noticed. Not only did he clean my windows, but his work and his observation resulted in the instdd as location of new windows. A lot more sunshine comes into my home now!
They did an excellent job and when they were done my windows were sparkling clean.
I've used them Crystal Clean multiple times over the years, and they have consistently exceeded expectations. They are professional, reliable, detail-oriented, and genuinely care about doing great work. The windows always look incredible when they're finished, and they leave everything spotless. It's rare to find a…
They did a thorough job and were professional!
We had the Crystal Clean team come and clean all of our windows inside and out, and they did an awesome job. They even cleaned our vinyl windows on our sun porch. They saved me so much work and they were worth the money that we spent. We will definitely use them again.
Highly recommend Crystal Clean for home windows. Very friendly, accommodating, and efficient. We'll be back!
They did a great job for us! Communication was responsive.
Professional work on cleaning windows and power washing. Wanted called back if something appeared out of place or work was unsatisfactory.
Crystal Clean did an outstanding job cleaning both the inside and outside of my windows. The technicians were incredibly careful when moving furniture and removing screens, and it is such a pleasure to look through spotless glass again! In addition to the windows, I had them power wash my deck and siding, as well as…
I provided my feedback to the team and they apologized and offered to come back and remedy any problems I had. I wouldn’t recommend to a friend but I appreciate the owner or manager who tried to make things right. The team did not follow through with the service as quoted. They left the floors and window sills a…
The team was friendly, professional, showed up early and ready to work. They did an amazing job and we highly recommend Crystal Clean Windows
Crystal Clean refreshed the entire exterior of our house by cleaning the rain gutters, siding, and the windows/sills/screens. The experience from start to finish was smooth, convenient, and professional. We are very happy with the result and plan to have Crystal Clean return periodically in the future.
The team that came to our home did an amazing job! Our windows are so very clean, as are the screens and sills. They were punctual, polite and very careful in and out of the house, taking care not to damage any of the plants in the garden. I’ll be asking them back again next time.
My experience with Crystal Clean was completely positive. They cleaned my residential windows inside and out with professionalism and care. The job was done very well and I was super pleased with the results.
Great company! The process was so easy to schedule. Jeremiah reached out and made the scheduling easy & the fellas that came out to clean were great. Even saw one of them come back multiple times to make sure they got everything. Using them again!
Professional and friendly, they did an excellent job on our windows. I will use them again!

Crystal Clean did a great job on our windows prior to listing the house for sale! They were professional, quick, and helped us make a sale!

They were on time and responsive. Pricing was more than fair. This team was also patient and kind with our anxious Labrador Retriever, and…
They are very professional and do a great job. Randy
Crystal Clean Windows did a good job getting the exterior of my homes windows cleaned of accumulated grime. They were professional and took the time to protect my plantings around the house.
We have used Crystal Clean to clean windows twice now on our 11 story and 4 story condo buildings. I have been pleased with the work and saw improvement in the work flow as they become more familiar with our older buildings. We also had this company power wash our two concrete buildings and we're quite pleased with…
Great job. Recommend!!
Thorough and detailed. Very professional. Recommend highly!
Windows look SO much better! Courteous and competent workers. Great service!
Thank you, Crystal Clean. We were impressed by the ease of scheduling and billing, follow up before technicians arrived and after. And the technicians were skilled and courteous. We will definitely use Crystal Clean again.
I talked to Collin and asked if it was possible to have them come in a weeks notice. He worked around my schedule and made it happen, they did an outstanding job.
We've used Crystal Clean at least twice and have been so impressed. They were pleasant, professional, thorough, and fast. (It's amazing what a difference having the right tools can make.) An added bonus, they were delightful to chat with and we were completely comfortable having them in our home.
The service person was great, on time, friendly and very thorough.
They did an awesome job! Definitely recommend their services.
Professional friendly staff. They did great work - we cannot believe how clean our home’s windows are! We will use them again.
Technicians were on time, polite, careful and cleaned the windows well. Due to rain, they had to reschedule the outside and rescheduled as soon as possible with good communication
I have been using Crystal Clean Windows for several years. They are always professional and do a great job. They are accommodating when I sometimes leave too much stuff in the way blocking their access. I imagine their are other window cleaning companies that do a good job but have not seen a reason to look for anyone else..
I highly recommend this company! Very professional and friendly! They did a fantastic job on my windows. I will use again in the future. Well done! 😆
Highly recommend Crystal Clean for window services as we have been using them for years. This year we added house and deck power washing and they did a great job. They usually respond to an email with in a couple of days and schedule the work within a week or so. Thanks guys!
I use them about 5 times a year!! Very, very good
They arrived on time, brought everything needed to wash the windows, removed and washed screens, transom over front door, swept and left leaving nothing but clean windows. Very pleased with this service. Will call again this Spring.
Had them remove and install a new signage cabinate on the side of a building 10 stories up. Much faster and less money having them do the work off ropes compared to the alternative which would have involved a large crain and manlift. They also cleaned the windows inside and out 10 stories up in the air. Great to work with, easy scheduling
I love having Crystal Clean do my windows. The guys are top notch! They are professional and take pride in their work. Highly recommend.
