Very helpful scheduling and Greta instruction
Hello! We are happy to hear you had a good experience and look forward to serving you in the future.
Great experience here!!!
When we signed our son up for the online and behind the wheel classes, we expected communication regarding anticipated enrollment for upcoming classes, despite the fact that covid had entered the picture. If barbershops, grocery stores, museums, public venues, and a plethora of other service oriented programs could provide customer service oriented communication, we were confident a college would be able to handle this shift in dynamics. Ten months later, we still have not heard back from the college regarding our request for a partial refund due to poor communication, lack of communication, lack of response, and zero customer service. We had to enroll our son in another drivers Ed program to complete the behind the wheel portion, when in fact, we paid for the behind the wheel at csm but were unable to obtain any communication regarding scheduling it. Save yourself. Find another place. There’s better elsewhere. More reliable and customer oriented.
