I'm so lucky to have discovered this small owned Connecticut business. The owner, Raymond, was quick to return my call and understood the urgency of the situation. If not attended to right away, it could have ruined my carpet. He is extremely knowledgeable about the business as he has been in it for many years. He is kind, prompt and extremely accommodating as he rearranged some jobs in order to fit me in right away. He took the time to explain the process and not only did he do an excellent job cleaning the carpet, he took care of a few old stains, ( YES! He got them out! 🤗) all at a fair price. I highly recommend Raymond. He will do his absolute best for you. He's a Gem! Thank you Raymond!
